Great phone in looks and function. It is fast and sleek.

Phone takes good photos, easy to use, good size. It replaced an LG which went on the blink after 18 months. This one satisfied my needs at the right price.

I waited for the price drop on this phone and so glad I bought it. Love it.

Only problem I have with it, HTC went rogue and used there own design on the USB cord. Good luck finding a replacement cord.

It charges really quick, but sometimes the battery drains quickly. Power button on right and when you're on the phone and you hold it by your ear and take it down to look at call its still dark. Then you press the power button and it shuts off. Its quick. Also there are languages downloaded that you cant uninstall. Wish they gave people the options to uninstall some of the apps that came with it.

I like this phone. The only problem I have with the HTC 10 is there is no FM radio as in the previous models. I do not like to carry several devices with me. I wanted a phone that does it all. Other than that the phone is very reliable, it charges fast, and it downloads pretty fast too over the network.

I loved my HTC One Max, but after several years the battery gave out and I decided to go ahead and upgrade to the new HTC 10. I haven't been able to find reviews comparing the new 10 to the Max, which in my opinion was HTC's best phone by far. So, I decided to write one hoping it will help others. It is smaller than the max by far, which I knew prior to purchasing. The entire 10 will fit inside the screen of the Max. VERY IMPORTANT!!, the new 10 uses a new type charger, it uses a type C charge port, so your old cords will not work. It does come with a new 3 foot cord and plug. Be prepared to purchase new cords for work and vehicles if you do not want to carry the cord with you. However, the new battery specs are comparable to the Max, however the 10 battery does last way longer than the Max, and the new charger will charge the phone very quickly. I am averaging 1-1.5 hours from 20% or so. The clarity of the screen is not much better than the Max, but it is better. The new version of sense is much better, and works very good. The camera does work faster, and takes good pictures, but during daylight I would say any improvement in quality over the max is minimal, while night time photos do have a noticeable improvement over the Max. The laser auto focus works very well, and the auto focus on the 10 is better than the Max by a long shot! Lastly, but very important for long time HTC users. The new 10 out of the box is more of a Google phone than the traditional HTC phones. Default photos are stored, accessed, and viewed through google photos. There is no gallery app that we have been accustomed to. There is also no internet browser icon, the 10 uses google chrome. Many of the older HTC apps are no longer available on the 10, and when attempting to download them through Play store you will recieve the error message saying the apps are not compatible with this phone. However, if you have some basic knowledge of APK's, you can find the APK's on google and download them for the phone. I did so and other than a few glitches when incognito browsing, they all seem to work fine. Hopefully HTC will adress this soon. Either way, the 10 is a good phone and well worth it

Love this phone. I currently have 2 phones - one for work and one for personal. My work phone is a Galaxy S6. The HTC 10 is a large improvement in every way. One of my priorities is quality audio. My previous personal phone was the HTC One HK edition which had improved sound and was great. The new HTC 10 is even more impressive. I use Shure SE535 IEMs that I use for travel and the sound quality is really impressive. I use high resolution audio files and the PowerAmp app to play flac files and it really is a high end setup on the cheap. Beyond use as an audio player, I was surprised at the quality of the audio when taking video with this phone. I tape live performances with external mics and digital recorders. When I did not have time to set all of that up I used my camera to record a performance and was shocked at how good the audio was on playback. The video quality is quite impressive as well for both photos and video. I like the finger print reader - as it is not a button to push (and wear out) - you just have to put your finger on it. Battery life is phenomenal. My Galaxy loses power so much faster and charges so much slower than the HTC 10. This is a world class phone that unfortunately does not have the advertising dollars to get it the respect that it deserves. I can't recommend it more highly

After lots of searching and reading reviews before buying my new phone, I finally landed on the HTC 10. Man am I glad I did. They phone is buttery smooth, the screen is large enough to use with one hand. The auto correction mode is incredible and automatically gives emoji suggestions. All of my information transferred easily from my old phone, which was a plus. I've only had the unit for two days so it is difficult to give a true idea of what all this phone can do, but so far I am very pleasantly surprised. I was lucky because I was able to buy this unit for only $49.99 on BestBuy.com. Aparrently I got the last one available at that price . I am a huge HTC fan, but this is truly their best phone to date by far. Do yourself a favor, pull the trigger and get one, you won't be disappointed!

Upgraded from an old Beats M7. Great transition, files, settings, nearly everything trasfered over effortlessly. Immediately added a 64gig SD card, which the phone manages as internal memory. So no more manual file management! Only disappointments are the lack of front facing stereo speakers. The 2 way speaker is pretty good in quiet environments though. Also, no otter box available yet... Ugh. HTC is the underdog in the smart phone category, but this device is several steps above the rest. Highly Recommended!

It's a great device. I go through several phones a year. This is probably the best all around phone of 2016. It has a great camera. Seriously the camera tied the Galaxy S7 camera in tests. Smooth performance, and premium design. Good battery life and amazing sound. Quick Charge 3.0 and quad HD display. Finger print scanner and amazing camera. It all adds up to one of the best phones of 2016 I hope it helps put HTC back on the map

Got my HTC10 last month I really like the it,s speed and how easy it is to set up the pages the way you want them I do wish they had a max with a larger screen and a better speakers but sound thru headset is great and it charges super fast and last most of the day under normal usage and will charge faster than it drains if you are using the phone and have it plugged in at the same time.

Phone does everything right. Here in Las Vegas the HTC phone was much faster and reception better than the Galaxy G6 it replaced. I use cell phones extensively in my CPA and need a phone that is reliable. Based upon experience with HTC I chose this phone for reliability and speech quality. Battery life is surprisingly good;phone charges very quickly. My wife has the Apple i7+ but I like the HTC 10 better.

I upgraded my HTC One M8 with this beauty and HTC did a great job on this one, love it and for the price for me couldn't find a better deal. HTC keep the good work
