A: That's the million dollar question! I couldn't wait any longer and went through Sprint online, ordered the HTC 10, and picked it up the same day at a Sprint store. It's not water proof but it's built like a brick. I upgraded from the m7 from 3 yrs ago. Long story short, I love it glad I got it and Best Buy Dropped the ball not putting more out there. P.s. I heard up to 1TB of memory.
Q: So it sold out in one day, when will it be back in stock?
A: It has been on and off since July 22. Just have to find it at the right time.
Q: When will this be available?
A: Went to the local store this week May 24th to inquire after seeing the phone was showing available online but not available for shipping or local pick up. The phones were never available in any bestbuy warehouses even though the phone was released the May 13th for Sprint. The next day May 25th they changed the status to sold out online. They don't know what the issue is and when or if they will get the phone.
Q: Anybody know when and where I can buy this phone in Gold in the US????
A: Will not be available in gold in the United States, as of this writing, and most likely will not happen. Sorry.
A: No, the Sprint version did not come with earbuds.
Q: Can I trade in my HTC M8 towards the purchase of this phone?
A: I just put in the info for my own HTC M8 and it came back as worth $56! (Good but used condition)

A: The prices between Bestbuy and Sprint are aways different but with my experience you can always get the same deal if not better by visiting your local Best Buy.
