That's the million dollar question! I couldn't wait any longer and went through Sprint online, ordered the HTC 10, and picked it up the same day at a Sprint store. It's not water proof but it's built like a brick. I upgraded from the m7 from 3 yrs ago. Long story short, I love it glad I got it and Best Buy Dropped the ball not putting more out there. P.s. I heard up to 1TB of memory.
