- Answer That's the million dollar question! I couldn't wait any longer and went through Sprint online, ordered the HTC 10, and picked it up the same day at a Sprint store. It's not water proof but it's built like a brick. I upgraded from the m7 from 3 yrs ago. Long story short, I love it glad I got it and Best Buy Dropped the ball not putting more out there. P.s. I heard up to 1TB of memory.

- Answer Went to the local store this week May 24th to inquire after seeing the phone was showing available online but not available for shipping or local pick up. The phones were never available in any bestbuy warehouses even though the phone was released the May 13th for Sprint. The next day May 25th they changed the status to sold out online. They don't know what the issue is and when or if they will get the phone.

QuestionTo anybody that has purchased the Sprint version of the M10. I am wondering if this unit comes packaged with the high quality ear buds? I heard that some of the USA product will and some won't depending on the carrier. Thanks

- Answer The prices between Bestbuy and Sprint are aways different but with my experience you can always get the same deal if not better by visiting your local Best Buy.

- Answer This is a community Q&A, so it's not monitored or moderated by Best Buy. I don't know why people can't understand that. They get the stock that HTC sends them, which is limited by the production of the components. As this is the best phone available at this time, it's very much in demand so stock is unpredictable and limited, and it goes fast. - Answer The same thing happened to me. I spoke with Best Buy customer care and was told basically that I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do to ensure that I got the sale price. Not fair because I actually did get to order one but their system glitched out and wouldn't fully process my order. They could actually see it on their end, but was still being told sorry. I would contact corporate customer care and speak with a supervisor. Best Buy is a great company and they really do treat the customer fairly. Don't be rude, but get your point across. Let them know what date you tried ordering and they should be able to verify they price. Good luck
