The same thing happened to me. I spoke with Best Buy customer care and was told basically that I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do to ensure that I got the sale price. Not fair because I actually did get to order one but their system glitched out and wouldn't fully process my order. They could actually see it on their end, but was still being told sorry. I would contact corporate customer care and speak with a supervisor. Best Buy is a great company and they really do treat the customer fairly. Don't be rude, but get your point across. Let them know what date you tried ordering and they should be able to verify they price. Good luck
