This is a community Q&A, so it's not monitored or moderated by Best Buy. I don't know why people can't understand that. They get the stock that HTC sends them, which is limited by the production of the components. As this is the best phone available at this time, it's very much in demand so stock is unpredictable and limited, and it goes fast. Sign up for email alerts if you want to be notified when they are back in stock again.
