- Answer This phone is not unlocked. The front is arctic silver. This model does not have Russian as one of its options.

QuestionAnyone know when HTC 10 will be in best buys? Not sure if it is everywhere but my best buy in southern Indiana does not have it yet

- Answer It's all of the stores. There's a glitch in the system saying you can order it. But when I checked with customer service, the stock was not available. My guess is because it's a new release. So, they might be having a hard time processing the shipping end to stores to stock them.

- Answer I've checked with Sprint and HTC both are only showing Silver is the only color. NO exclusive like when the HTC ONE M8 HK was released.
