• I bought mine on Friday April 15th on BestBuy.com - they shipped for free - it was delivered on the 19th

• I stopped by Best Buy this morning(05/29) the tech at the phone center said they don't know when they're receiving the HTC 10. I was also at Sprint and they do have them in stock but in limited quantity. Don't blame Best Buy it's the phone carriers and HTC.
