“When will this be available?”

• Went to the local store this week May 24th to inquire after seeing the phone was showing available online but not available for shipping or local pick up. The phones were never available in any bestbuy warehouses even though the phone was released the May 13th for Sprint. The next day May 25th they changed the status to sold out online. They don't know what the issue is and when or if they will get the phone.

• I bought mine on Friday April 15th on BestBuy.com - they shipped for free - it was delivered on the 19th
