This device creates true full wireless VR with quick, consistent tracking. I’ve used it for hours and gotten so much more immersed than with my teathered headset. Biggest downside is the 2-3 hour battery, is recommend getting a larger portable battery with quick charge 3. The also lack of in box HTC Vive Pro adapter is kinda maddening.

Just got back to the VR studio to test out the adapter and it was amazing the first time playing freely without being tethered to the computer. Easy to set up... It took less than 30 mins to get working. - You'll need a spare PCIe X1 slot on your motherboard for the wiGig card. - then download the wireless software from the internet. Once you slot in the card, run the software, and connect the adapter on top of the DAS strap you're good to go! Highly recommended!

Forget wires, forget being tethered, and forget lugging a gaming laptop around on your back. With the wireless adapter for the Vive, you have a full 360 degrees of free motion, uninhibited by the tripping and tangling that comes with the 3-in-1 wire. I would highly recommend anyone with a Vive headset get the adapter.

I love the new found freedom while playing on my Vive. It was easy to setup and didn't take long at all, and worked the first time. I've had one problem when the power cable wasn't completely inserted and would occasionally go black while playing After checking all the cables fully inserted it hasn't done it since.

Easy to install and great to have no cables. Battery only last 2 1/2 hours or less. You have to have a desktop computer with a open PCIe Slot to use this. Wish the instructions were in the box instead of online but in went smooth.

Wireless is definitely the way to go. Makes set up & play fantastic

Good start to going wireless for the Vive. Still has one wire connected to a battery pack you have to carry around, but it could be worse. Definitely offers more freedom for playing VR. Would buy again.

Get rid of the wires! Sure is expensive though. You will notice the extra weight on your head. But you won’t care

Awesome for Vive. Way better than trying to mount cables from ceiling. Good battery power unless you're planning an all day session.
