It got everything my wife needs and it works amazingly. Pros - Automatic heart rate (pretty accurate, that's all she cared about). Fast GPS searching with her iPhone. Waterproof and it tracks swim (yep). 6 days working (well she had it for almost 3 days but still got 60% battery left, felt kinda weird not to charge it every day). Screen is always on, excellent visibility in the sun and it has a automatic back light. Facebook messenger notifications (surprise again, I thought text message and calls only) Round shaped, well designed, looks like a fashion watch! Cons - Touch screen too sensitive (took her some time to get use to it). Swim tracking won't count laps (hope Huawei fix it asap). Running training has only 5k/10k/half marathon/marathon (what if she can run 1k only? huh?) Conclusion - works great, inexpensive smart watch packed with useful things I love. Software need improvements to be more flexible.

Posted .Thank you for the positive review on your Huawei FIT fitness tracker! To pair your watch with your phone, perform the following steps to set it up.
Download the Huawei Wear app using either of the following methods:
Method 1: When you pair your watch and phone for the first time, swipe left on the watch's home screen to display the QR code. Use your phone to scan this QR code to download and install the Huawei Wear app.
Method 2: Search for Huawei Wear in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your phone to download and install the Huawei Wear app.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
Open the app, touch Agree. Follow the onscreen instructions to log in with your Huawei ID and set your personal information (such as height and weight), and then touch NEXT to enter the home screen of the app. (Note: Fill out your personal information to let your watch provide more accurate exercise suggestions.) Touch Devices "the watch" > "+" to select your phone and then touch the Bluetooth name of your phone. (Note: If your phone runs Android™ 6.0 or later, turn on GPS on your phone when pairing.) When a pairing request appears on your watch screen, touch "✔️️" to pair your watch and phone. (Note: Make sure your phone runs Android™ 4.4 or later or iOS 8.0 or later.
Do not directly search for and connect to your watch on your phone's Bluetooth screen.

Wide band promotes condensation on skin, swiping of screen is challenged especially if fingers are damp. Pros: provide multiple fitness selections from display, and improved sleep monitor

Good Looking/Would not connect

Posted .You will want to make sure that you have 8.0 update on your IPhone 6. Please attempt some of these trouble shooting options before you return the watch. Go to Settings > Bluetooth on the phone and check whether the Huawei Watch is displayed in the list of available Bluetooth devices. If the watch is not listed, unpair the devices and then re-establish the connection. If the watch is listed, disable and then re-enable Bluetooth. If you still can't re-establish the Bluetooth connection, restart your watch and phone and then try again. (JJ)

Great Activity Tracker with Smartwatch features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been looking for a long time for an activity tracker/smartwatch with: -Heart Rate Monitor -Waterproof to 50m so I could wear in shower and swimming -A round face less than 42mm that looked like a watch -Always on Touch Screen -Shows text messages and incoming calls -Works w/ Android phones -Battery life of at least 5 days -Silent alarms that you can snooze To my knowledge, this is the only thing out there that meets my criteria and it works great. It doesn't have GPS but I don't care. The activities it tracks are limited and currently you can't create your own. I'm hoping over time that software upgrades will allow it to: -track Ice Hockey/Skating -show who sent the text (currently only the message content) -support more watch faces -control the brightness (although i have no problems seeing the screen in different conditions) -change the length of alarm snooze (currently 10 mins). These are all relatively minor issues and my fitbit charge HR is now history.
