I couldn't get any online information about the issue or help with it. I purchased this a while back, so I do not recollect now how long it took to be remedied, but the boot loop issue subsided. So, improved. This version of Nexus did not operate as well as my Nexus 5, but there was a loyalty factor and I stuck with Nexus and went with the 6P next. I feel like I should have went with the S7E or Pixel in hindsight. Phone has been decent for the last year, so I give it four stars.

I've had iPhone and Samsung, but this phone is perfect for me. The finger print sensor is always spot on. It is customizable and easily fits my needs. Crisp screen, pictures are clear, and I don't have to squint with the larger screen. It is amazing how much storage you have without all the bloatwear. I have had a curved screen, but prefer the flat screen. I used BB bucks and price match to lower the price. Couldn't be happier with theNexus 6p!

One of the best phones I've had

While the screen and camera aren't quite as crisp as some of the flagship Samsung phones, this is definitely a heavy hitter. The fingerprint reader works great, especially compared to some of the buggy, earlier Samsung models. It is a little odd with it on the back. It makes it super easy to unlock when you pick up the phone, but inconvenient when wanting to unlock when its sitting on a table or desk.

High hopes but it has its flaws

It is my first Nexus but have been disappointed after switching from my Note 5. The battery life isn't great and the charging isn't too quick but the big issue is call quality. I am constantly having people complain they can't hear me. The bluetooth doesn't want to stay connected with my car or Voyager Legend and the phone randomly switched to speaker phone when it disconnects.
