    Bottom speaker not as loud as top.

    The phone itself is amazing. The pure google OS is fast and reliable. The only issue that I have is that the bottom speaker is much quieter then the top. Huawei customer support stated that the bottom speaker is not as loud as the top by design. So if you were looking forward to the stereo sound you may find it annoying having one speaker louder than the other. We can hope that can fix the issue with an update in the future.

    Quality Issues

    I've experienced very bad quality issues with this phone. Google: "muffled voice 6p" to see the 600+ people who experienced the same microphone issue I did. Had to send it in to Huawei to fix. Now there's a "recent screens" bug. Not what I expected from Google's "top of the line" phone.

      We're really sorry to hear that you are having issues with the microphone and screen. We recommend you do a master reset on the device to see if it resolves the issues. Before performing a master reset, you will need to back up all of your data (as a master reset will delete all data on your device back to factory settings). Once your data is backed up, press and hold the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until the phone vibrates.     Good morning. In my last review you told me to look for a 3rd person to fix my mobile here in Brasil, but in september I am going to travel to New York, it is possible fix in that city or change for a new one? I would like to inform you, when I called for the costumer service they told me that I was the 6st person with the same problem in the display, broke alone. Best regards.

    Disappointing product quality

    Bought the phone (Nexus 6P) three weeks ago to try nexus for the first time. Battery drains without doing anything (nothing had been done to the system, it was running marshmallow as installed!) Finally, the touch screen just stopped working today. After weeks of frustration and countless restarts, this phone is as good as dead to me now.

    Scream display broken alone

    I bought a mobile Nexus 6p last february in Best Buy store in Orlando. Last month it was in my pocket and the scream display broken alone. I tried without success a solution with Huawei Brasil, but the costumer service in Brasil is very, very, very bad. Do you have any solution for this problem? Best regards

    Horrible!

    Screen went black after about a month and a half after purchase! Still remains dead! I didn't expect to have issues this soon after my purchase! Truly disappointed!
