Love this phone. Great screen, never lags and battery life is outstanding. Camera works well with very nice pics. Upgraded from a Nexus 6 which still worked well. Overall very pleased with this phone.

Alright, this phone is great. The best phone I've ever had. It has a big beautiful screen and it's incredibly responsive. It has pure android software, no manufacturer skins or bloatware. The camera is adequate for my needs, but I'm not a big into taking pictures. The front facing speakers speakers are loud and sound great to me. Some people might complain about the size but I knew what I getting into and I love it. It feels great in the hand and it's definitely a looker. I highly recommend this phone if you prefer android.

Bought a Nexus 6p for my mom as a Christmas present and she loves it, despite its large size (subject opinion, of course!). This phone is fast, has great battery life (averages 5 hours or more screen-on-time), a good display, good front-facing speakers, accurate and fast fingerprint sensor, great camera, and it's updated to the latest 7.1.1 version of Android. It really is a great phone, especially for the price.

This is a great phone, easy to use and wonderful camera. However... the battery sucks! Constantly over heats, especially when searching or using GPS. Had to replace phone 6 months in because battery failed.

I enjoyed this phone other than the limited memory expandabiliy. Very reliable and has a nice feel but, it was a little slippery to hold onto. Still a good phone.

I love Android, but I'm not into high-end devices, except this one. I like the design; it is big, I got everything I need on the screen, especially the keyboard. It has a sensitive camera; the resulting images are simply amazing; even my spouse loves it! It has enough RAM and computing cycle. I'm PC heavy user for work and gaming; I expect my phone to perform relatively well with my computer, and it is. Additionally, the new USB charging cable is neat; it can fully charge my phone under 2 hours (it takes more than four hours to fully charge my tablet and previous phone). Last, do not forget the fingerprint feature; it saves a lot of time. Cons: - The battery management was not that great, but it is decent. - I have contacts synchronization problem with one of my google accounts (I have three accounts). I have just realized it recently; I haven't tried to pinpoint the problem. In general, this is a great phone if it suited your budget.

This is the 'flagship' Google phone, it being direct from Google. It has premium features and always has the latest version of Android - you can even install the beta version of android at the push of a button - though not all apps work on that developer release. The latest, non beta version of Android allows you to set granular app permissions, which is great when you're wondering why snapchat needs access to your call history. Included with the newest version of Android is the newest version of google's software - so things like the phone dialer, camera app and maps will always be the newest, most featureful version -- opposed to other phones where the manufacturer may decide not to upgrade android and thus hinder the version of apps on your phone. This phone has a very high resolution screen (higher than a lot of other phones) and the camera app allows you to go a step beyond panoramic photos and make photo-spheres, where are like virtual 360 degree photos.. it's pretty awesome! The phone is great, my only gripe is that it's not waterproof and so I have to baby it a bit. The best part is there is no branded bloatware - no NFL mobile, no litany of amazon and verizon software bogging down your phone. It's truly a great phone. Keep in mind however that as of July 1, 2016, the new Nexus lineup is being developed - you may want to research those currently speculated and leaked phones to see their specs and release dates.

I love the Nexus devices. They are far and away better Android devices than anything Samsung is putting out. The Motorola Nexus 6 was a fantastic device. I had high expectations for this one. For the most part it's delivered. However, I have a few specific complaints. 1) Performance is a bit off with some apps. It should be quite zippy with this CPU and RAM, but at times its a little sluggish with say Pokemon Go and a Chrome Browser open at the same time. 2) Battery life is quite underwhelming for a brand new out of the box device with such a large battery. 3) The bluetooth radio in this device is garbage. It constantly disconnects from my Ford Sync 3 radio, Sync 2 radio, Microsoft Band 2, and Plantronics BackBeat Fit headphones. It will connect and disconnect at random. It makes usage in the car quite painful. The bluetooth issue is a major painpoint and something that unfortunately has me giving a lower review score than I normally would. I reached out to Huawai Support and I got a canned email response about calling them...prob so they can have me factory reset it. I tried that already...didn't help. :/

It is a very cool phone with very good features in it. It has a very good camera. The best part of this phone is having the latest version of Android. I Love this Phone.

Love the nexus 6P great battery not bad of a camera and the best about it is the price

The title says it all about my feeling towards this phone. I have been an Android user since 2008 and have had many different handsets and tablets. The Nexus line from Google is my favorite because I get updates first and Google supports those phones for at least 2 years with updates. They provide a pure vanilla Android experience and do not have all the skinning these other companies like Samsung use to junk up the phone, TouchWiz I'm looking at you. This is how Android is supposed to be used in my opinion. I have owned the Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 7, Nexus 5, Nexus 9, Nexus 6 and now the Nexus 6P. Some of those items are tablets but I felt it is important to note because the build quality of the 6P is top notch. This is the Nexus device I have always wanted to see Google release. It is premium, the right size and snappy. Love love love this phone! I would recommend it to ant Android fan out there!

Have had the phone for a few months now and love every last thing about it. No complaints about anything even the battery life for such a large phone is excellent.

I write this currently on my 6P. I actually returned the 32gb and bought the 64gb while it was on sale for the same price (free upgrade!) The build quality of this phone is great. Despite many recent reviews suggesting the wait for the next Nexus phones, I did not want to wait, and keep in mind the longevity of the pure Android experience with immediate support. Most of people's complaints are correct, by they do not void the phone as a great choice. Pros: The design is amazing. The phone stands out from the others in the best way. The aluminum looks nice, too. The phone is quick. I see no hiccups, and I don't expect any since I don't have any interest in VR. The camera takes crisp pictures and the call quality is great. Front facing speakers are amazing and will quickly become a deal breaker for any other phone. The screen is gorgeous too, so it's all around great for games and media. Cons: Bluetooth is a pain. It recognizes my headset by doesn't always connect for media streaming, which I've never heard of before. Battery life isn't as great as others rave about other phones to have, but I live in an area with terrible reception, so I imagine that works my phone harder than usual. I typically get over 4hrs SOT though. The phone is big. You most likely won't find it easy to use with one hand, if at all. I think that it was worth it mostly because of the price. At $399 for the 64gb, it's primary competition was the OnePlus 3 and the Axon 7. The 3 isn't supported by Verizon, so it wasn't an option, but the Axon 7 looked horrible to me. Plus, they cannot promise updates like the Nexus can, and I'm expecting to keep this phone for more than two years if possible. Looking at people still using the Nexus 5 in 2016 makes me feel more comfortable with my decision.

This phone is absolutely gorgeous. Extremely well built, feels great in your hands and is extremely fast. Love it

Superb phone and Google Fi has the best speed and coverage that I have ever had !

I bought this for my wife because she wanted a phone with a great camera. I read various reviews and recommendations and then purchased the Nexus 6P. My wife and I are delighted with the quality of the camera.It is an android phone which works well. It is a much better deal than the competing cameras (which are about $600-700) and is unlocked so you can use it with any carrier.

The Nexus 6p is a major upgrade from the Nexus 6. The camera is 1000x better than the one on the last Nexus. The phone runs very fast and charges extremely fast. The screen is gorgeousand clear as can be. The finger print scanner is something I'll never be able to live without now. Its so freaking convenient and awesome! All around really elegant and beast of a phone.

My first smartphone (I'm 73) and I'm glad the 6P came along when it did! First, the price was half of what a comparable iPhone would be. Second, the quality of the photos it takes is superb! And third, being unlocked, I could go with any provider. I chose to stay with Verizon with Straight Talk as my network...smooth transition! Very satisfied. Thanks, Nexus!

I have been researching this phone since it was released. After many reviews of the camera quality I decided to go with it. I use US Cellular and the local store had no problem activating it on their network. It is blazing fast compared to my old phone. I love the fact that their only Google software preinstalled on it. The monthly updates are also nice.
