Posted .Hello Shey, thank you for giving us the four stars. If you are experiencing some excessive heat with your 5X, hear a couple steps that should help alleviate that.
1. Close unwanted power-intensive applications under Settings > Power saving > Background power-intensive apps. The third-party guardian software continuously takes up your phone's CPU resources, which may also result in excessive heat and high power consumption.
2. If the preceding solution doesn't work, restart your phone.
3. If the preceding solution doesn't work, back up important data and restore your phone to its factory settings. (DM)
