I have had this phone for a month now and love it. Using a flip phone prior but did test out friends I Phones and Samsungs before making my purchase. Has great features, runs fast, and is intuitive to use. Pictures are great (both selfie and normal) and love the google voice assist feature :-) I would say...buy it if you don't want to pay the exorbitant prices of other phones. It does a fantastic job and especially considering the price.

The phone might be a good deal for the price. The battery lasts many days if I do not use the phone much which I like. However, the phone freezes many times during the day, and slows down a lot with black screen for 10 or more seconds. I used to have a mid level, or high end phone before, so I might have over expectaton on this budget device. For the price, the device is good for a budget andriod phone.

Got this phone to replace the free phone from my GSM carrier. The specs are comparable to an iPhone 7 ( no kidding look it up). Very easy to set up and use. Fingerprint scanner works great and is a feature I never knew I wanted. Pictures look great and built in editing tools are strong. Having the power button in the middle on the side can be a problem for some people.

I have had this phone for almost 3 weeks now and I must say that it is a lot better than I expected. The one thing I definitely enjoy is the battery life. The battery definitely lasts for a long time. I usually don't have to charge it until the next day and I am constantly using my phone for emails, watching videos, social media, etc. Overall, this is a great phone.

Among most of the phones in the mid range tier this is the best bang for your buck. The phone is quick and gives you plentiful storage for the price. The UI may be similar to a iPhone but it doesn't matter because it's fast. The camera is ok at best but one can't complain for the price. The design is simple but elegant. Overall highly recommend for the price.

Bought this phone for my wife. She didnt want to spend a lot but wanted a decent camera. This phone fits her needs in every way. The phone is fast, nice 5.5 inch display and the camera does a nice job with most photos. This phone also has expandable memory via SD card. This phone is worth the $200 price tag.

I have been looking for a new phone with a great camera. I didn't want to spend a fortune on it though. My husband sujested this phone and it has been such an upgrade. The phone works well and the camera and steller. Just what I wanted for a fraction of the price. I love my new phone.

I used the Huawei GR5 2017 in Vietnam which is know as the Honor 6x here. I really like it but it would only use 2G here. Purchased the Honor 6X and so pleased with it. No more high end phones when I can get one just about as good or better for 1/3 the price. I am very pleased with this cell phone.

I bought this phone because of excellent reviews. I owned an iphone 7 but I need a 2nd phone for personal use, I was amazed it's got a great camera lens, HD screens, and takes good pictures. It's got amazing Photo editing. and besides its got 2 sim card. Excellent phone for a cheaper price.

For a budget priced phone this is an excellent device. I just use this phone for basic everyday things and it works great with a long lasting battery and quick response. I don't know why people need to spend almost a thousand dollars on a phone when phone like this are available.

First off I do mobile app development and have lately been focused on releasing my first mobile game, so I tend to use my phones pretty heavily as well as testing unstable builds on my personal phone before publishing the updates (don't worry, the company does thorough testing with various other model phones as well for compatibility's sake). So I would say that I need a phone that can preform well under pressure. I actually didn't intend to pick this phone up, but my S7 Edge's screen started displaying only green (I couldn't even make out text). Since you have to replace the entire assembly to repair this issue no local shops could handle it and Samsung told me it would be 3 weeks without my phone (which I couldn't do for obvious reasons), I decided to find a temporary backup phone. Going to Best Buy is the only real option in my area if I wanted a warranty I could trust, so that is where I ended up. After browsing for a bit it was looking like I would have to pick up a much slower phone than mine (due to budget issues, I didn't want to spend more than 350 on a backup phone) and I was really hesitant about grabbing it. Then I spotted the Huawei Honor 6x and looked up the specs. What I saw impressed me (doubly so considering the price the phone was being sold for) and I checked out the reviews on it to be sure I wasn't getting a lemon or something swamped with even more bloatware than the usual mess phone companies are pushing now. After the research I bought it and brought it home, charged it, inserted my SIM and SD Micro and tried it out. I was happy with the look and feel of the phone, but mostly I was ecstatic about how smooth it ran my game (and a few others I downloaded to try and stress it out or over heat it before my return window closed). 2 weeks later and I am still using it and waiting on my S7 to get back, however I may just sell it and use the Honor instead (maybe use the money to buy another backup Huawei phone). The Honor 6x has less bloatware, a more comfortable feel in my hand, and preforms most tasks better than the S7 edge did. The only thing I really can't attest to is how durable they are. My S7 Edge had sustained a number of drops and falls before finally having any issues (without a case, since I am not allowed to use one on the programming floor), and this phone I have not dropped yet. I will say that finding a case and screen protection (I try to keep my phones in cases when I'm not at work since I do have a habit of dropping) I liked for the Honor was a far harder task than it was for the S7 Edge, but I eventually found one online I liked. All in all, the CPU, RAM, and GPU all function exceptionally well for a budget phone. The call clarity is on par with my Samsung phone on the AT&T network, as are the added functions such as sensors and camera. I feel that my S7 Edge did a better job with photographs, but that may be due to the camera app that Samsung has vs the Play Store free app I'm using on the Honor 6x. TLDR: I love the phone and so far it has proven to either be superior or on par with my Galaxy S7 Edge in every way I have tested (aside from durability as I have yet to drop this phone).

What? It's the 2nd best? That's only because the new best budget phone is this phone's sequel, the 7x. It wasn't available in America yet when I bought this, but my fiancée's daughter needed a new phone ASAP, so this was it. You'd have to spend twice the money to get something comparable by another company. Good performance (especially in the UI), good battery life, good screen, good cameras (especially the rear dual camera setup), good build quality. This phone will blow away your expectations for what you can get for ~$200. She came from an iPhone and was shocked at how good this phone is. No complaints at all!

Great phone overall. Fast and reliable. I bought this as a spare phone only, but I'm now using it as my main phone. Great camera, clear pictures, fast connection, SUPERB audio quality, and fast WiFi. Very satisfied with this phone, especially just for $149!!!

I'm impressed. I learned how to say Huawei first, then read details and features of Honor 6. Glad I bought it. It has 32gb storage which is perfect for my usage. The battery lasts 2 days at full use before charging. I've had the phone 2 weeks now and it's the best I have ever had. My old phone was Sky devices and then Asus before that and I literally had no signal in the glass skyscraper I work in. With the Huawei, I have full strength. Wow!! The touch screen is fast and sensitive. The personal choices offered are great. One con I found so far is ringtones... No music download choice. Otherwise I recommend this phone. I purchased another one for my teenager who wanted this over his iphone. Excellent choice and fantastic price especially for single parents who can't afford expensive smart phones on market today.

I am very happy with my purchase. This phone does everything I need without breaking the bank. The built, Screen size 5.5 and the speed is amazing. I do not miss my IPHONE 5 at all. I am in heaven. You will not regret it. Thank You Best Buy

Disclaimer: I've never spent more than $150 on a phone. Impressive build quality, processing speed, and rich photo colors. Normal use: day spent web-surfing and gaming. Phone handles the fps game that I play and any other game I've thrown at it. The large screen makes gaming more fun. If I do a lot of gaming on the phone the batter will need a charge in the evening, but most days by the time I'm off to bed it still has 50% battery available. My wife got the same phone, and I must say here that it was drop tested by my son... off a table and onto a concrete pad with a "gel" type case the screen did not survive impact. This phone is also NOT waterproof in any way. So, this is NOT a "rugged" phone. Having said all that... how are you going to find a better phone for $200? (be careful with your expensive small electronics)

I was a little hesitant to spend this much for a phone since I use Tracfone and have always been pretty light in my usage. I am not disappointed! This is an amazing phone for the price. It does everything I have asked of it and more. I really like some of the included software, such as the health app that tracks steps each day to lets me know how far I walk each day. It also has a great "cleanup" program that reminds me and offers to clear the cache and other files for me. The screen is amazing at full HD and the camera takes very good pictures in most lighting. I really like the fingerprint reader that works about as quickly as I can put my finger over it! The battery lasts me three days of frequent use and would last longer if I wasn't using it so much! I like the speaker location, and find it plenty loud enough for my use. When sitting on a table, the sound comes right out toward me. Call quality seems very good, I haven't had any complaints from anyone and their voices are clear on my end. My only complaint (and it is very minor and I knew it going in) is that I had to give up the excellent coverage of CDMA in my area and find that the GSM signal is not as strong around my home. I get great coverage as soon as I travel even a little ways toward town. I don't live out in the wilderness or anything, just right between two towns but near enough to a major freeway that I expected a little better coverage from AT&T's towers. Tracfone had this transferred and everything working perfectly within one business day, so I had no complaints about the setup either. Just a few minutes to download the latest update and it was off and running. I am very happy with my purchase, I was shopping for a phone that was half the cost but my wife talked me into this one and I am glad she did. Very nice features and I don't even mind the EMUI features since my old phone was so old it didn't compare in any way at all! I really like the combination of configuration and ease of use of modern Android devices, I have never understood those complaining it was too hard to use. I am constantly trying to help students and other staff members with their fruit phones and find myself saying "on my Android, I can do this much easier!" Oh well, guess its just what you are familiar with! I would have no problem buying another Honor phone or recommending it to anyone.

The honor 6x is great phone for the price. The battery life lasts all day and I'm a heavy user. Camera is really good for this price range. It was updated to nougat out of the box and it runs smooth, with no slowdowns.

My wife wanted a better camera than what most affordable unlocked phones offered. This phone offered a great camera and good android specs for $150 on sale. Only gripe is that is isn't compatible with Fitbit.
