Screen resolution in this phone is amazing, love the screen size and it takes good pics.

the phones screen is large and bright. 1080p is high definition enough for me. It hasn't bogged down as for processing power. Overall great phone but nothing near something like the Samsung Galaxy S8+. But for the price this is an excellent phone and quality seems to be par.

I have ordered two honor 6X phones one Gold and another is Gray color. Gold color phone is exactly same as shown in the image but Gray is not same. It has missing sensory/camera on front side left side of speaker bar.

This is a nice phone. But I sold it after my data usage grew 2x-4x previous figures for the entire 7 months that I had it (see pic). I had not changed my phone usage patterns. I do not watch videos, download music or play games on my phone. I did everything I could to locate a source for the increased data usage but could not. Essentially I only use my phone for email, messaging, and phone calls. Occasionally I read the news. BUT - for the first two months after I got the phone I received warnings from my carrier that I was about to go over our data limit. Checking my usage the past 6 months I found that it went from 0.6 GB/month to around 2.0 GB/month or more with no change in my usage patterns! My only conclusion is that Huawei must be consistently sending data out of my phone to their servers. There are quite a few Huawei-branded apps built into the phone that you cannot seem to disable or uninstall. So, I sold the phone. I just wanted to put it out there in case someone else experiences the same issues.

Hello everyone, I bought a couple of these Huawei Honor 6x phones for my parents recently. Considering they haven't used smartphones before, I wanted their first phones to be intuitive and easy to use. These phones are excellent, responsive, snappy, and the battery life is stellar to say the least. Now my parents are really enjoying them coupled with an amazing unlimited plan designed for customers over 55+ y/o from T-Mobile. For an affordable price you end up getting a well built phone, a decent fingerprint scanner, and fantastic cameras. I would recommend this phone to anyone in a budget or to somebody looking for a secondary phone. Thanks for reading.

We've been using this phone for 3 months and would recommend it to anyone. Battery life is excellent. Speed and reliability of system is outstanding. Expanded storage capacity makes it a convenient recorder of history. We recently completed an extended trip to Australia and used the phone to record video as well as voice, thus documenting many of our tours. We haven't yet tried it for music download. Since it's an unlocked phone, we were able to purchase a local sim card and use it for local calls without incurring roaming charges.

I purchased this phone to replace my LG K10 which seemed to be a little sluggish. The Huawei Honor 6X is a world of difference for the same price as the phone I was replacing. Setup was easy. It transferred all of my apps, contacts, calendar and everything very fast. In under two hours total, I was back working just like on my old phone but exponentially faster! The fingerprint sensor is a nice touch, in a great position, and easy to configure. The side buttons (power, volume) are also in a nice position. The phone charged in about 25 minutes from 45% capacity to full. The battery lasts the entire day with bluetooth and wifi enabled, playing a few games here and there, and doing normal email, web, phone and text stuff. The phone optimizer is also cool to shut down apps in memory, free up storage and overall optimize performance. The only complaint I can think of is the quality of the glass on the display. It comes with a pre-installed screen protector. So Huawei must know that the display glass is of lower quality. It is definitely not Gorilla Glass, and gets smudged with fingerprints pretty quickly. But the graphic colors are bright and crisp. The display is responsive, and overall the phone feels fast. It also has settings for color warmth, and blue light filter. Also nice touches. Overall it is a definitely a great phone for this price point (and above). I am not sure that you can do much better. I got it for one-forty-nine on sale. Be aware that there is a $35 re-stocking fee if you want to return it.

A few quirks that if you can get past, overall, it's a good device. Good buy for the price, good preloaded apps, but one quite of the OS is that there is no apps menu, but an app is available on the "desktop" and cannot be removed without uninstalling. Decent camera, decent speed on pretty much everything I use, one video player app doesn't work perfectly everything time, but that may be an issue to address with the media player makers.

My honor 6X performs as advertised. The camera is solid and viewing is tight at all angles. I thought the phone was going to be a bit bulky however, it was surprisingly thin even with cases. There wasn’t a huge expectation with this phone seeing as the 7X is already out but I got just about the same phone for $50 less. The only issues (which is the reason for 4 stars) I had was with the speaker location and the power of the speaker. Perhaps this is addressed on the 7X. Also, the lack of an Oreo operating system update was a tad disappointing. All that being said, you will not be disappointed with this type of performance at this low price point.

I was looking for a unlocked mobile under $200 and this one is a perfect one. I ordered a gold color one and it looks great. Performance is good so far and battery is way good when compared to other androids and iphones, we used this mobile for maps, photos apps, & videos when we went to Disney and the battery lasts for more than a day which is quite good. Also the pic quality is really good which is almost same as iphone 6(my other mobile). Sometimes in dark quality is not that great but again same as my other mobiles and this one holds good for its price.. One more good feature is finger reader which is absolutely brilliant. Unlike iphone where I had to press the home button for recognizing the finger reader, you can just place your finger in this mobile and its quite fast & accurate than my iphone 6. With the dual sim support you a either add an extra sim or SD card but not both, still its a plus. Huawei's gui is great and provides a feel of expensive mobiles. Overall very happy with this purchase. PROS: Camera quality Battery life finger print reader CONS: It would be good if finger print in place on the front instead of back. no ear phones came with this mobile unlike others.

This is one of the best purchases I have made for $149. This phone has everything you need and it is not slow or doesn't have any issue so far. Only cons are 1) Speaker, which is not so good. and 2) If you want to use 2 SIM cards, you will not be able to use SD card.

I bought this phone in Texas while on vacation. The camera is awesome, the speed and memory are very very good and has all the needed features at amazing price. Using T-Mobile as my carrier. I use Skype and/or WhatsApp everyday to call the US and have always had excellent results.

I know what I need in a GSM phone. The Honor 6 has all the necessary specs for great phone calls, photos, app execution and data storage. It is fast. It has frequencies compatible with nearly all GSM carriers in the US. It can be found at incredibly low prices compared to other unlocked phones with similar specs and carries a one year USA parts/labor warranty. Why pay 10 times the price for your go-to phone. It's not jewelry. It is very well crafted. Will you really notice milleseconds of speed difference? It is perseptably faster than most in this price range and has many high end features. We have two in our household and they both hum along without a glitch. Black Friday deals. Get one and buy other stuff with all your savings.

I'm amazed how fast this phone is compared to my last one. Big screen that's easy to view. I love the fingerprint sensor for logging on. I'll use the dual SIM card feature in January.

i got it for 150 its fast with all the games i play great camera long lasting battery life 1080p screen figerprint sensor what more chould you ask for a phone thats only 150

Got this on sale and honestly was not expecting much.. but this just blew me away.. For 149 you get 32 Gig unlocked phone with Dual cameras.. Finger print sensor.. Expandable memory slot.. 3 GB RAM and a very good battery life.. Even with pretty heavy usage I can use this one for more than a day easily without looking for a charger. Also gives us an option to register for more than one finger.. which is a feature that's well thought of.. Pretty useful if you want to unlock the phone when the other hand is busy.. :) Would certainly recommend this to anyone.

Easy to Cary one hand, call quality is good,camera is great ,battery is great one full charge all day browse ,listen music only one problem is that if you insert two nano sim you can not insert sd card ,one sim card and one sd card is perfect but I used two sim card but no room for sd card manufacturer did stupid thing they should make separate chamber for sim card and sd card, otherwise phone is very nice, one sim came lte4g other sim only 2g signal, overall it is great phone,camera is great in the dark picture is clear.

I purchased this phone for my mom for Christmas. I was looking for a nice, reliable smart phone that she could manage easily. It came in a a teal color box. Over all The phone is great. It’s easy for her to use. It’s a very nice, attractive phone, has the size of a galaxy S6. Has a great camera and takes great pictures. It also has the fingerprint password feature. She is very happy with her new phone, and I got a great deal at Best Buy.

Purchased while on sale for about a hundred bucks after promo and blew all my expectations away. Purchased as a gift for my mother to replace her aging Galaxy S5. Very smooth device and superb battery life. Only gripe is the charging time; from 10% takes about 2 hours to fully charge with the supplied charger. Easily lasts a full day on a full charge with all radios on. Very happy with purchase and actually wished I had purchased another for my father.

I got this phone as my annual phone. I am hard on phones and won't buy a flagship phone. So I find the best phone under $200 that I can find and use it until I need a new one. I've had this phone less than a month but so far so good. Battery life is pretty good. Speed is good. Camera is lower end. Android version is good.
