Very fast great camera great graphics best Android I have.... Comparable to Samsung galaxy8... No wireless charge nor facial recognition

mate 9 is a great phone, build quality great also, just need some time to know android system. Frankly, android can't beat IOS still, but mate 9 used android 7, which is much better than previous version and can change apps permission to limit apps collecting information. Must praise the camera, the picture quality is much better than iphone. Overall, mate 9 is much valuable phone. highly recommended. The only thing unsatisfied is that refurbished mate 9 didn't come with "supercharge" and earbud.

This is by far the best Android phone I've ever owned. Generally I root all my phones and this is the first one that I thought did not need root. I typically like custom ROMs on my phones because they're faster and have battery life but this phone is fast and has great battery life typically I have about 35 to 40% at the end of the day and that's from 9 a.m. till 1 a.m. I highly recommend getting this phone over even a Galaxy S8 mainly because I think it's right up there with that phone in quality and specs but it's about half the price. I don't know why other companies don't put IR blasters in their phones it's seriously one of the best features in the world because you can control all of your electronics with your phone. No more looking for a remote. I missed this feature from my Note 4.

I needed an upgrade to my LG G3 because it was freezing all the time but I didnt want to spend a fortune so I bought this Refurbished Huawei Mate 9. I am very happy with this phone. Even though it is refurbished it looks and works like brand new. The screen is amazing. Dont let the lower resolution scare you away because this screen looks gorgeous! It gets very bright and can be seen in direct sunlight. The phone is also very fast. The camera is pretty decent but not as good as some of the Samsung phones I've seen. Battery life is amazing! My phone will consistantly have 50% left at the end of the day after about 4 hours of screen on time! I highly recommend this phone!

Good upper end phone does every day tasks well, freezes rarely. Worst part is that is isn't b WiFi calling compatible

The phone is fine, worth the price . However, huawei doesn't really care about the US market. The system was never updated, now it is Jan 2018, the Google security patch is still April 5 2017, the system haven't been updated for more than half year. The US mate 9 was forgotten by huawei. Also US version mate 9 doesn't support CDMA 2000 etc, it doesn't have MEID.

The refurbished phone looks like new. Very nice android phone and I bought this phone mainly for the camera. My main phone is the iphone and this phone is half of the cost of my iphone.

I love this phone it's fast and easy to use. Has great features and recently updated to the Android 8.1 :). Highly recommended

OK excellent hardware but I need Smartlock and Hauwie stripped it down to just BT unlocking for some reaason. Also phone need douple tap to wake as fingerprint sensor is on the back. So when it was sitting on mu desk I had to either pick the phone up or hard press the volume button. Function is in the system but you have to root the phone to be able to enable it. Maybe someday soon Hauwei will get a clue and stop taking away free functions for their users.

If you are looking for Android phone with good quality, you should consider about this one. I have been using it for 1 year, it still works like new. The speed, battery life, camera, speaker, and the price are all good. I don't have to reboot it from time to time like others phones that I used to own.

Phone is fine. Edge has some sign of use, scrach and hits Disappoint with charger, it's not original charger with Mate9. Just a "useable" charger which cannot run SuperFast mode. Orignal charger costs $40.

Even though it's refurbished. It looks and works like new. Good camera, battery life and screen size. Although there was no OEM charger for the phone but I can just get it on eBay. Mine came with 9 month manufacturer warranty not one year so be careful and double check.

Do not buy Huawei, I bought an Honor 8 3 months ago which was defective on arrival. Company has not processed my warranty claim yet and the call center is helpless. I have been explaining the same issue every time I call. - Angry and disappointed customer.
