||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Huawei is my favorite accessory to wear. I can barely and reliable pronounce the name. There are a couple things that stand out. It looks like a regular watch. There are some kickstarter devices that "convert" a watch to an android/smartwatch type deal but the watches look bulky after. This watch is comfortable, pushes content from my phone, pushes my texts, weather updates, etc, tracks my steps. I wear it all day, I get compliments especially when I change up the watch face to match my clothes and people often go "oh wow, did that change, is that a smart watch?! For me , it lets me indulge my technophile self but also it's in the form of a nice looking watch.

Beautiful watch, minor concerns

The love that the crystal is recessed within the bezel to help protect the crystal from scratching. Android Wear 2.0 works lovely and installed immediately. Two concerns are: 1) vibration motor seems a bit weak to my detection. I was able to get around by installing an app to tweak the vibration intensity; app was free and 2) the clasp for the bracelet does not feel as tight as my other metal band watches. Just something I need to keep notice of. All in all I am extremely happy with this watch!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the Watch very much its screen customization feature is Good, the heart rate monitor is as accurate as my Garmin VivoSmart HR Watch, and my Home Blood Pressure/Heart-Rate Monitor. I use quite a few of the Android-ware APPs and I like the Theater Mode for when I sleep, (No glaring light). Battery life is about a day and a half. My only wish would be for it to be Water proof.

Really great smartwatch

I could not give this 5 stars because there are were issues with using the heart rate monitor continuously, despite it supposedly being possible. The lack of a light sensor means the watch is not able to automatically adjust screen brightness, but I was perfectly happy with that considering the watch does not get that nasty flat tire look, and is actually a true round screen

Posted .We liked your review here at Huawei. In order to resolve your issue regarding the heart rate monitor we suggest you try the following: Ensure that you have removed the transparent protective film on the back of the watch.
Ensure that the back of the watch is clean and dry and that there are no objects between the back of the watch and your wrist.
Check that you are wearing the watch properly. The watch should sit comfortably on your wrist. Do not wear the watch too tight or too loose.
Keep your wrist still and avoid shaking it when measuring your heart rate.
If the watch still doesn't detect your heart rate after numerous tries, restart your watch and try again. If the watch still doesn't detect your heart rate, contact your local Huawei service center for support. The Huawei support number is 1-888-548-2934. We are happy to hear that you consider this smartwatch amazing and we thank you for your feedback and review. (SP)

Nice watch

It was easy to set up, there are plenty of faces and some cool features with wear 2.0. The one downside is that I have to keep the wifi turned off or it will burn through the battery in 8 hours. Another drawback is that the design of the charger is terrible. If all the wireless charging technology out there, using a pogo pin connector is really dumb.

We would like to help you to improve the battery life on your smartwatch. If the battery life is short, please follow the steps described below:
>Check whether you have installed third-party apps or watch faces. Third-party watch faces are not approved by Google and can drain the battery very quickly when in ambient mode.
>If you find that you often wake the screen unintentionally when lifting or tilting your wrist, open the Android Wear app and touch click to enlarge to open the settings screen. Under DEVICE SETTINGS, select the connected Huawei Watch and turn off Tilt to wake screen.
>On Android phones, you can open the Android Wear app and touch click to enlarge to open the settings screen. Under DEVICE SETTINGS, select the connected Huawei Watch, and then touch Watch battery to view detailed battery statistics. (If a third-party app is using too much battery, try uninstalling it and see if your watch's battery life improves.)
If none of the above are effective, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
>Check that the phone paired with the watch has a working Internet connection and that it can access Google PlayTM.
>Check if the watch is connected to other devices. Swipe left on the watch's home screen and touch Settings > Bluetooth devices to view the connection log.
>Check whether Wi-Fi is enabled on the watch. Swipe left on the watch's home screen and touch Settings > Wi-Fi settings > Wi-Fi. If this setting is set to Automatic, then Wi-Fi is enabled. Connect to the same Wi-Fi network with your phone and check if you can access Google PlayTM.
>Check that you are using the official Android Wear app to pair your phone and watch. Using third-party apps to pair the devices can interfere with Google services.
>Check if you have recently installed a new app on your phone which has been synced with the watch. If so, try uninstalling the new app and see if your watch's battery life improves.
The battery will drain more quickly when you use the music playback or voice call features. The battery provides 4–5 hours of continuous music playback or voice calls. Decrease the volume to reduce power consumption.
