Only one thing I have to say down fall on this is the mount will not fit all cribs with the stand. It will not open all the way to lack on so we had to Mickey Mouse it to make it work with the stand. Also make sure to connect it before mounting things just in case something is not clicked in right. Also if you want to set up the app with your phone make sure the monitor is off.

I have a lot of experience with tech, and I can say without a doubt this is the worst piece of “you know what” I have ever had the displeasure of using. It NEVER pairs with the monitor. I had it connected for very short amounts of time in a couple instances but it has never functioned properly. I can’t give this enough of a bad review. When it doesn’t connect, the monitor obnoxiously beeps in definitely so that when you’re trying to lair in the same room as the baby, it makes sure the baby won’t sleep almost to mock you. I’ve followed the hubble instructions on the app/YouTube a hundred times and it never works. I wish I wouldn’t have purchased this so early in my wife’s third pregnancy so I could return it. I hope this review saves someone the irritation of dealing with this complete pile of junk.

Regarding the monitor and camera losing their link, please note that the units work together through a radio link, and such a link may suffer environmental interference. We recommend, for example, keeping the units at least 3ft away from each other as well as from products that use similar wireless technology to avoid interference. We can also suggest to reset the units with the following steps:
Parent Unit: With the parent unit plugged in, turn it on, insert a paperclip or something small enough that fits inside into the reset hole above the power port. The parent will reset and turn it off. Turn back on.
Baby Unit: With the baby unit plugged in, turn it off or unplug it. Press and hold the pair button while turning it on or plugging in. Continue to hold the Pair button until a long beep is heard. This may take up to 30 seconds.

Connectivity Issues Galore!

We’ve attempted to use the camera in both the bassinet and the crib over the past year. Overall its been an aweful experience. We’ve had connectivity issues from the beginning and spoke with the manufacturer on several occasions. Their “solutions” consist of its your wifi not our camera, reset your camera and use the bassinet cord with the crib attachment. The last one is the kicker when we set up the crib attachment the camera wouldnt even power on anymore. The only reason I’m even writing thisnreview is because the company has been no help, I’m tired of wasting my time on this thing and I’d advise others not to waste your money on it.
