It's good for general fishing and gives water temp and depth, but it is the basic model that does not have GPS. I have mine installed on my console and use it while I travel into hard to reach areas. The instruction book references all the Helix series units and can be confusing.

the specs you listed for this item are all wrong. i assumed i was getting a unit with down imaging and side view. i got the wrong unit and after mounting it on my boat did i realize this. i tried to return it ,but it was 3 days to late
