We put two up in our Master Bedroom after we knocked down a wall to make room larger I am very pleased with the fans and lighting on these and so proud they are a perfect match. They run quietly even on their highest speed (3 speeds) and have perfect lighting for me! I love the brightness of the 3 ( 60 Watt) bulbs. Their color enhances my room decor and their quality and price exceeded my expectations! I did have to wait for them to be shipped in to the store which took about two weeks but they were in on time as promised and customer service was excellent! I am completely satisfied with my purchase and BestBuy and want to say Thank You Very Much!!!

I bought this to replace a ceiling fan in my son's room that must have had a motor going out (very slow, not turning very fast). My impression is this fan is not much faster brand new, and appears to be the same model I just replaced which is only 2 or 3 years old. I am not sure if the Hunter brand is just poorer quality now or if it relates to the price point of the fan. I still have 2 original Hunter fans bought at the same price point running at top speed for 10+ years, so I would believe the components are of less quality now. The only positive of the fan is it is easy to mount, but I would think all brands would be these days. I also only bought from Best Buy because I had rewards points expiring.

This is a very quiet fan, especially for a bedroom. No vibration or humming noises. Very easy to install.

I needed a replacement fan the Hunter brand has always been a quality product line. I chose the 42" as a 52" was just to big for the room still a great upgrade from the current old 36". I felt the higher amount of air movement at a lower speed and the brush nickel aesthetics was a perfect choice. The install is pretty simple as I have changed a few fans before. Your wiring is straight forward just make sure power is off before removing the old fan first. I always apply a small amount of blue loctite to each fan blade mounting screw (3) and the fan motor mount screw (2) threads. Only apply the as your assembling the parts to be installed. This is a simple solution to retain proper tightness of the fan blades over time. You can always use a little nail polish, color doesn't matter it will work just fine. Reminder, don't over tighten the screws when installing the blades to the fan motor. I only go over them the second time to check & even tightness. That's about all it takes to enjoy your project. This fan looks terrific once installed. It runs smooth and I am happy with the purchase. Coming out of the box, the blades look like they will be too small but once its put it together it is the perfect size.

Perfect fans for smaller rooms and the construction is sturdier than other fans I've bought in the past.

I am very happy with this fan. The only problem is the frosted globes, emits a very dim lighting.
