    The device works as described. It does need external power and that connection is not included. I occasionally get a few glitches. Glitches are the only reason for four instead of five stars.

    This is the 2nd hub I purchased and what a dream - plugged it in an it just worked! I needed 2 monitor ports and this was perfect. Its also small and compact. Love it.
