The only issue I've had is the loud buzzing it makes while using the USB C passthrough for charging my laptop. Personally, if I had known, I would have tried to find something else because I work in a quiet office.

Doesn’t work with Zoom—why i bought it!

Tried to use an external mic n speaker for a Zoom mtg and it was horrible till I found out this device was the cause. As soon as i disconnected Zoom worked fine. Not sure why this doesn’t work but it is just sitting on my desk.

It does need external power and that connection is not included. I occasionally get a few glitches. Glitches are the only reason for four instead of five stars.
