Only has used slow 1 speed setting as it is pretty strong. I only wished the handle would have been the triangle shape as in some of the body parts such as my back, it is quite hard to reach over my neck to get back shoulder. The triangle shaped handle on other model may be easier

You need two people to hold it in place. This one is so much lighter and easier to use. I also love that it’s cordless!

On/off button not intuitive. Have to cycle through all three levels to turn off. Wish there was a slower setting or two

I use it 2-3 times a day for a short "massage" to help with my hip pain. It is easy to use and my only regret is that I didn't buy it earlier!
