    Wow if you put a lot of ice in this thing is going to be a big and bulky and you’ll never be able to actually wrap the Velcro piece around your knee. I don’t know what I thought this thing was going to do but I was just really disappointed with it. We did end up returning it and we purchased a hyper volt massager instead and that is excellent. This I feel like you could just get away cheaper Velcro wrap and fill it with ice or have one that has gel in it and be just as happy for less of the price.

    Got this for my dad,to reduce swelling in his knee,he’s upset that I didn’t get it sooner!
