I’m rating 5 stars, but i would deduct .5 stars for lack of USB-C charging. Just another charger to lug around or be without when I’m at work. The massage and heat have definitely made a steady improvement in my back pain which is nearly 100% better after 10 days of use. I use it in the car and when flying to prevent stiffness and pain and I dont think that I would have been able to travel or play a round of golf without it. I bought this instead of the other similar device because of expected reliability, hopefully it lasts a long time!

Vibration feels great almost like a tens unit. The three heat setting range from barely feeling it to very hot, I prefer the middle setting. Wish it could do contrast therapy with cold as well but I don’t believe it’s possible to get the cold pucks on the back. Slightly expensive though.

I would definitely recommend anyone with back or knee issues to consider this belt. It easily fits around my back and it would be equally as easy for a leg or knee injury. Three levels of vibration. It's totally portable. I can wear it in the car or just walking around. It's rechargeable and the battery lasts a long time. The timer automatically turns off the belt.

Amazing! Belt is adjustable with the Velcro so it fits both my husband and me. We both have lower back injuries and anytime our backs start to tighten up, we use this belt and it immediately releases the tension and helps us go about our day pain free. There are 3 heat and vibration settings so you can choose what you like best. It’s been a lifesaver for us!

Love this thing. The vibration is not strong and doesn't work nearly as good as a Tens machine, however the heat is great and being able to move around freely makes this awesome.

Recently purchased this back to add to my growing arsenal of Hypervolt/Hyperice products. It works fantastic and exactly as advertised. It does heat up extremely fast, and it does get very hot. Beats heating pads hands down. I did discover that in order to enable the back to stay on longer than the pre-programmed 15 minute time limit, you have to download the app. Once you install the app you are able to override the shut-off and use it for 30 minutes without resetting. That being said, the battery life is nowhere near as long as advertised. I have never been able to get more than 60 minutes total time use out of a single charge. Other than the short battery life, this product is awesome.

Awesome for back aches and pains... I do a lot of driving, on occasion my back hurts with lots of soreness. The heat and vibration from this device is 2nd to none.

First, this is not a deep massage belt. The vibrations seems to help the heat get peeper into the muscles. And this belt gets really hot, fast. Feels almost like a hot water bottle on my back. It’s pricey but a great kit in my back treatment arsenal.

This was never on my lost of things i needed or wanted, but I decided i wanted to try it out with the idea of returning it, after trying it on, thatll never happen. The packaging itself was so premium that it alone would be worth wild to review, the device heats up and massages or you can do one or the other.

Really impressed! easy to use and the phone app is great! connects quickly to mobile app. The heat is impressive, I have never felt the need to go above the lowest setting. Vibration options are great as well.

This has been the best thing for my back. The heat and vibration options are perfect for daily use.

Decent and portable (can fit easily in luggage), will see how it holds after few trips and use. or if it is just another glam product.

Hypervice is a great company with innovative devices. Great price too. Only complaint is they really target the athlete and not larger people. Otherwise this is a great product. I hope they know older athletes do not stay the same size. Just make sure your waist will fit in the details. They do not have an extension yet.
