    I love this shoulder massage. It works perfect. It fit perfectly for my shoulder. My shoulder always pain after I have this massage. I fell a lot better. Thank you Bestbuy for selling this product for customer has pain shoulder like me. I love this massage a lot.

    I have a chronic shoulder condition and was really excited to use this product. Unfortunately it failed hard in two areas so I returned it immediately: 1) the little red buttons are not secure so when the machine vibrates (as designed) they rattle to an extent that would bother anyone after an extended period of time 2) the material the wrap is made from stinks like chemicals and smells toxic but to make matters worse the smell also gets on your hands/body as well when you touch it For the cost, these are unacceptable problems.

    The massage and heat are nice but the fit is tight. Also hyperice zen customer service is a fail. 5 days to respond to inquiries?
