Easy to put on either shoulder and you immediately feel the cold. Hyperice X is the best. Easily connects to the App and has been working well so far. I have the shoulder and the knee and will be getting the back one soon..

Looks nice, but a cheaper non-electrical option is better. It gets “kinda warm” and “a little cool.” Spend your money on their massager products and get an ice pack and a microwavable heating wrap for a better experience.

I bought this product when I was in the United States, but I live in Brazil. It broke after 1 month of use, the light turns yellow claiming that there is a problem. (I checked it while it was charging). Now I can't exchange the product, because I'm in Brazil.
