I got it for a really good price and it is so comfortable. This is so much better then the turtle one that I own and it was double the price. My only complaint is that it is a little bit heavy, maybe my head is too big and my neck cant support it. Sounds quality is great and no complaints about the mic from my friends.

This is our second headset of this brand. Our first was a $40 (sale price) version they make which lasted an impressive 3 years with heavy use. We felt confident enough to buy a more expensive replacement. The comfort is incredible. Doesn't squeeze your head and feels light and easy. The sound is wonderful. We think the fixed mic position may eliminate a point a weakness. Very happy with this brand and this product in particular. If you can only afford their cheaper models, don't be sad tho. They will also serve you well. Happy gaming!!

My sister's helix (top) part of the ear is sensitive during long playtime. The headset is lightweight and the cups are very plush. The material used for the ear part was very smooth, almost silk-like, that it didnt irritate her skin. She was able to use it in a 4+ hour game session without any discomfort. The audio itself was loud enough for her. For PC and XboxOne, the mic quality was clear. [Please note, a 3.5mm audio adapter will be needed if the Xbox controller is old as this is not included in the package.] The receiving end did not hear the fan that was blowing near her, and her vocals were clear to them (including her munching on some grapes). This was a bit more than expected for the price I bought it for. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with sensitive ears.

Wanted to purchase a headset for work at home usage as well as heavy gaming in free time. The headset build feels very premium, and the leather is soft touch and the overall headset frame fits well around my head. The headset is not very heavy and it feels comfortable for my neck even after a few hours. I felt that the headset sound quality was also good, and good mic quality as well. The only con I can think of is due to my personal attributes as I wear a very wide glasses frame so it causes a bit of discomfort around my ears and below my temples during long periods of use, however it was still usable. Definitely will need breaks to take off the headset and then reset the head position. Overall, a great headset but is a bit of a pain for glasses wearers.

Absolutely love this headset. I was rocking a budget turtle beach headset for a full year and it was time for an upgrade. This headset has better audio quality, better durability, and the included splitter is a must have if you plan on using a mic and audio at the same time. The headset plugs right in to the splitter and you can use the audio and the mic ports on your pc. The only cons I have is that the splitter is a little to long, but I guess it was done for a reason, and the volume wheel is a little finicky. But overall, this is an excellent headset and would recommend to anyone looking for a gaming headset.

First thing first. They do not hurt your head after a few hour session. I’ve tried many other headsets and found that the sound is accurate, bass is very nice, and they are very comfortable on my head. The headphones will not break the bank and they do have a volume and mute button attached to the cable that plugs into you Xbox or other type of device.

Very comfortable, nice ear pads, low pressure on the head without feeling like they were going to fall off, the build of this headset feels quality. Nice sound with strong, clean bass. My problem with it is that it didn't have the soundstage I wanted to improve my online gameplay. I wanted not just to hear footsteps nearby but know direction and depth and I just didn't get that from these. Would be great for single player games I think. All of our ears are different though and if you decide these are the ones for you and you end up loving them it wouldn't shock me at all, an overall very nice set just not the ones I ended up with.

So it has been almost a year since I've had these Headphones. These have been the best headphones I have ever had I would 100% recommend, Although there are some cons, the pros overcome them. Pros: -Very Comfortable (I use them for around 5-9 hours a day, never get tired of them) -Great Sound -Mic is also a really good although there's one con about it -You can take these everywhere, and I love them for that. Cons: Only One -The Headphones have little holes on each cup, So if you have loud sound coming out of your headphones, and you're playing with friends they might get annoyed. Since it tends to leak a lot of the sounds.

I came to Best Buys after my PS Golds had broke on the hinge like other players had experienced. I heard about the Hyper X series on Reddit and wanted to try these out. Pros: - it comes in a nice box and was packaged very nicely. It also comes with the splitter to allow you to plug in separate mic and headset jacks on computers. - It Has long cables - Sound is nice and the positional audio is pretty good - Cables are nice quality with good shielding - Cans are big - Comfortable fake leather - Metal construction which is nice - Easy to Adjust - Mic is removable - No battieries or dongle Cons: - Cables can be too long - Expensive - Wired

These are good headphones- great sound, mic works well. They did break at the same spot all of my headphones break (along the headband above the left ear piece) but I slapped some tape on them and carried on using them.

I’ve been using the HyperX Cloud Alpha headset for a couple of weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed. The sound quality is fantastic—crisp highs, solid mids, and the bass packs a punch without being overwhelming. It’s perfect for both gaming and listening to music. The build quality is also solid. The metal frame feels durable, and the ear cushions are super comfortable, even during long gaming sessions. The detachable mic is a nice feature, and the sound clarity when communicating is great, though it’s not as crisp as some higher-end mics out there. My only real complaint is the cable. It feels a bit stiff, and I wish it were braided for more durability. For the price, this headset delivers excellent performance and comfort. It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty close! 4/5 stars.

These headphones are comfortable even after a few hours, and accommodate my wire rim glasses well. Audio is clean and distortion free, and I've had no complaints about the mic, even if I keep hitting it. My only gripe is that its not very accommodating for large headed people, I've adjusted the headset as large as it goes, and it fits pretty good. I am occasionally trying to get one more click, but hopefully it loosens up a tic over time.

I purchased these for my son who is on the spectrum. He wears them a lot. He also breaks a lot of them, just by wearing them so much (and sometimes falling asleep with them on). They stand up and these were a replacement for ones that lasted almost 2 years. That's a record for my boy with headphones. Really great sound quality (per Charlie's review to me), and worth every penny.

This headset is great for both serious gamers or casual. It has great built quality and the sound his crisp. the mic has great flexibility and the ear cushions are comfortable. I really enjoy using this headset for long periods of time and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a good quality headset for a reasonable price. The only minor issue I do find with this headset is the volume control on the wire; it works fine but it sometimes tugs on the edge of my desk. Other than that minor issue, it is an excellent headset overall.

Sound is Incredible! Especially when paired with the Dolby Atmos app on Xbox. I play COD MW competitively and these have not once let me down. I love the inline audio controls compared to turble Beach's on-ear controls. Microphone can be turned off with a switch, or taken off for sole headphones. Got these for their advertised comfort and they do NOT disappoint. With or without glasses, these are the comfiest set I have ever worn. I would not hesitate to buy these again.

The sound that comes through them is amazing. They are super comfortable and the cushions go over the ears instead of sitting on your ears. The mic sits in a comfortable position that doesn't block your view. I was also impressed with the fact that it came with a cord to plug into a plug that has both mic and headphone capabilities. It also came with a split cord to plug into a computer that has the mic and headphone ports separate.

I love this headset. I work at a school and produce a video podcast with some of my students. We use these headsets to monitor the audio. They are super comfortable and have a nice dynamic range. The bass is punchy without having distortion. The mic on this headset works pretty well too. This was a great purchase. I hope that hyperXs sale to HP doesn't diminish the quality of their future products.
