Several years ago I bought my son a pair of these for gaming because someone suggested them to me over the turtle beach that he had originally asked for. These were a little more expensive but it was so worth it. These ones I was told have a better quality sound & are less likely to break as they are made of metal & not plastic. And that the warranty thru this company was a good one. All I needed to hear. Durable & good warranty (my son is hard on things). We had a couple issues with them during the time we owned that pair and the warranty was great. They took care of it. Just because his were getting older & had already been replaced once he requested a new pair for his birthday. So if you’re looking for good headphones these are awesome! Also they have ones that are good on computer, Xbox, PlayStation, and other things. So you don’t have to buy one pair for each device.

Overall it's a great headset for gaming. I use it on the PS4 and it's great, because you never have to charge it. Also, it's extremely comfortable and it almost never hurts around your ears after hours of gaming. What I really like about this product is the ease of fixing things. The ear cups are replaceable, the wire is replaceable, the mic is replaceable, so if something does break you don't need an entirely new headset. The one thing this headset lacks is volume controls aside from high and low. You'd have to buy a sound card for that from HyperX and that'll set you back another 30 dollars. So, you can't control party chat vs the actual game volume which is kind of annoying. Overall though it's a nice looking headset and I think it's a really solid choice.

In my opinion it is an excelent product for the price, it fits perfectly, doesn't weight too much on my head and while gaming it has some very good quality that helps in games like cod

Headset is everything you need, truly works on both Series X, and PS5. Sound quality is too notch. Very comfortable to wear for over a long period of time (unless you got some big ears). I do wish it came with some fabric material ear muffs bjt these work wonderfully, true noise cancellation mic but sounds crisp. The ear muffs are also noise cancelling in a way, cant hear anything in your surrounding so its great if the wife is screaming at you for leaving the dirty drawls on the floor, you wont hear her. 5/5.

Normally I prefer using my Astro A50 for gaming but everyone kept telling me how great this headset is for the value. I am happy to report that even though it doesn't have native 7.1 surround sound, it still sounds amazing and is definitely worth the price. I was actually surprised by the audio quality you get for the price truth be told. Sound is surprisingly good, long hours of use and stays comfortable (my head is wide, am expecting this to break fast but surprisingly it's still great shape), and I love that you can remove the microphone if you don't need it so it doesn't get in the way. People can clearly understand what I'm saying and best of all, this is easier to carry and transfer to different consoles/PC than my Astro A50s. I would recommend this as a backup if you already have a good headset but are tired of transferring headsets around to different consoles/PC. Actually even as a main headset it actually works very well too but for full immersion get a 7.1 set.

Got these for my at- home customer support job. Read lots of reviews, these are as good as what was posted everywhere. Comfortable. Not hot. Good sound. Smart tech: the boom mic plugs in/ is removable. The cord that plugs into the mic jack is not fixed to the headset; I was told that the join there is a stress point, and can break. This headset has a plug- in cord on the headset side, so you can replace that if it breaks. The cord is longer than some brands, but I found it a little short, since I need to get up and stretch periodically... so I got a 6’ extension cable.

Absolutely awesome sound, super soft ear cushions, only thing THE ONLY thing I would have to complain is the fit could be a little snug at times, I don’t have the biggest head but every now and then I would have to adjust them. Other then that I would totally recommend these!!

Audio quality is excellent, rich bass and bright highs. I wouldn’t use these for mixing purposes if you do that, but they’re a good reference of how most people will hear your music. In terms of gaming and game chat they are excellent everything sounds good and loud, they’re not noise cancelling but I can’t hear much outside of them when I’m in the heat of it in games or just watching YouTube/listening to music/making beats. I do have some issues with the mic, it is pretty bendable so it often will move a bit away from my face just from moving around or more often my cat giving me some head bumps. It kinda needs to be right on your mouth otherwise it has a hard time picking up your voice so something to keep in mind. Otherwise the mic has great clarity when it is picking you up, definitely better than most headset mics. If you want better clarity just get a usb or condenser microphone but it does alright with gaming/streaming (streaming I would recommend looking up some good vocal settings with your preferred streaming software to maximize quality.)

Overall I am very happy with this headset as a gaming headset. Very good sound quality and easy to use. It doesn't come with any software so I don't have to mess with sound EQ and out of the box the sound is crystal clear for gaming. Very comfortable to wear for long hours and I have glasses. Please make sure you plug the mic all the way in or otherwise the mic won't work. At first I thought the mic was bad but then I figured it out. Mic sound isn't bad at all. For listening to music I feel it adequate though the bass is somewhat a little weak. I have no issues connecting it to my iPad/iPhone for movies and music. HyperX offers superb customer service, too! I had a question about this product and within 24 hours they (a real person) responded and solved my problem.

Great controls. Light with great sound and mute. Great with music also, for the price. Better than the sony hedphones I had.

I don’t have a big head neither a small head but I found the grip that these gave around the head was a bit lacking, I have heard this before from friends aswell. The mic was okay, and the sound was good.

Female gamer here, so flexibility in sizing and smaller profile is always difficult yet key to find in headsets. This headset is super comfortable, has great sound, and I like the chord. I also like the removable microphone piece for when you need sound only.

I have an older open back Sennheiser headset that I’ve been using on my Xbox and wanted to try a closed back headset. I stopped in BB and they didn’t have these on display, but I tried on all the ones at the store from $39 to the $399 ones. Some felt better than others but wasn’t sold. I read lots of reviews and most really liked the headset Cloud Alphas, especially given their list price of $99. Then the Cloud Alphas went on sale at BB for $75 so I figured I’d try them. Figured great thing about BB is return policy if I didn’t like them. These were by far more comfortable than any of the others I tried on at the store. I’m an eye glass wearer and I’ve warn these for hours on end without any discomfort. They sound great, nice frequency response and the included cables and detachable mic work great. Closed back design isolates you from room noise which is great most of the time...except when the wife is calling from the other room. Lol.

I love the design and materials used to create this headset. Fits comfortably and stylish! Clear and crisp sound. Detachable microphone. I’m personally a fan of RGB lighting and would like to see a feature added in the future.

These headphones are super comfortable, fit nicely around the ear but are soft enough to not cause discomfort after time, the sound quality is excellent. It included an extender with a 3.5mm jack to microphone/headphone splitter jacks, which is useful for me since I use a separate desk mic and can just leave the headphone mic unplugged. I can't speak to the longevity of them though, which would be the final determination on whether these are worth the price, but they seem promising

Have previously owned a set of Hyper Cloud 2s and these sound even better. I primarily use them for Xbox one. The best part of this headset is the comfort. I can wear them for hours and they feel great due to how light weight they are and how comfortable the ear cups are

This product continues to perform in excellent fashion. This is my second pair. My first still functions perfectly, I just thought it was time for a fresh pair. every part lasted for all of 5+ years and continues to function admirably.

Got these for my brother because I couldn’t stand his echoing mic in Xbox parties anymore. Mic sounds great and the audio is the best that I have used around this price.

I've had this headset for about a month and, The build quality, the sound quality, the PRICE. I'm blown away by this headset. My previous one was a Steel series Arctis pro rgb and that headset is $280. It is HOT GARBAGE compared to the cloud alpha's that are $99 wired.

Works great, pleasant sounding and microphone comes through clear. Comfortable to wear with soft padding
