Got it on sale! Pretty good steal for a OLED monitor! Handles gaming well and content is very smooth playing on my PS5 fun fact: This monitor has HDMI 2.1, many other monitors priced higher are still running 2.0!

When taking this out the box I couldn't believe how clean the monitor looked before I even had it attached to the stand. It is practically edgeless and has no border or casing which gives this monitor one amazing look. It is sleek and looks great anywhere I have out it and can adjust up or down and tilt as well. It does have the Vesa 100x100 bracket pattern so if you decide to mount this on the wall it will be easy to find a mounting bracket or articulating arm. It came with all the necessary cables as well needed to use it right out the box including a Display Port and HDMI cable and the power supply. As far as visual quality this monitor exceeded my expectations with the black levels that OLED monitors are known for. The refresh rate has allowed for me to play a variety of games without ghosting or tearing and one game I really enjoy is Bodycam which is built on the Unreal 5 engine and just looks amazing and really shines on this monitor. Pros - Colors pop and the black levels are exactly why OLED's are the preferred gaming technology with HDR - Phenomenal performance without any ghosting or tearing - Has vesa mount pattern to allow for mounting on the wall - Has multiple video out options and USB connectivity as an additional USB hub - On screen options for fixed targeting objects to assist in FPS games Cons - Limited to 1440P resolution, not true 4K - Heavy For a pure gaming monitor this delivers for a more budget friendly OLED gaming experience that even at a 1440P resolution provides outstanding visuals with superior refresh rates and HDR performance.

If you're looking for a great do-it-all OLED monitor, look no further! This thing has got most of the boxes checked for what you'd want for gaming, video editing, photos (not quite perfect, but more than great), and obviously media & web consumption, as well! Deep blacks, bright and vibrant colors, crisp contrast between high & low brightness areas, essentially what you'd want from a monitor that someone who has a home office, video/photo editing studio, and gaming center in desperate need for one or two decent MSRP OLEDs of a great "everyday" size of 27-inches could want! The 240Hz refresh rate, 0.03 response time panel are super snappy, noticeable in fast-paced FPS games but also make spreadsheets, webpages, and reports just as buttery smooth. Certainly overkill if all you plan on using this panel for is writing up quarterly reports, but you also won't regret it with HP....err, HyperX's HP Eye Ease with Eyesafe Certification mode (they literally call it HP Eye Ease, but that's the naming for HP's overall eye strain reducing goodness, and it's good!) keeping any excess blue at bay while you work. Now for the not so great, yeah, I didn't mess up saying HP in that last sentence. HP owns HyperX, and good for them, it's a great partnership that helps better align the 'gaming' versus 'non-gaming' lineups while also providing a path for more premium gaming-focused equipment, like this OLED monitor, to stand out from the HP 'business-focus' side or even general consumer side. However, HyperX inherited HP's OMEN Gaming Hub software that is fine for tweaking settings in a nice user interface, but horrendous in the level of resources it uses just to run in the background. The positive is I was able to operate the monitor completely from the controls on the back before opening OMEN Gaming Hub... the negative was OMEN Gaming Hub prompted itself to install when the monitor was detected. This is why I docked a full star from this amazing display, and it doesn't have built-in speakers but neither did the 27" HP OMEN LED monitor it replaced, and this one can tilt, turn, and swivel, in addition to lifting a good few inches! You also get 4k downscaling via HDMI for HDR support and even a 3.5mm headphone port for audio! So no speakers, but you can still wire a headset in and control volume through the menu if you're using this as a dorm or bedroom "TV"! Altogether, it's a great display with amazing features and incredible colors! HP/HyperX Gaming Hub is not great, not the worst but also not necessary to make the monitor function (to my knowledge?). I also already had it installed on my desktop, just not my laptop yet, so it was fine. The rest of the display will draw you so deeply into the immersion of what you're doing, you won't even care about proprietary "game and feature enhancing software" that kind of makes setting changing convenient! I spent most of today flying through spreadsheets and PDFs, I still felt immersed and engaged with this monitor, especially with HP Eye Ease mode! Get yourself one or two and get ready to be drawn into your games! (and probably work or school, too!)

In an unfortunate turn of events, my gaming PC decided to die on me right before this arrived (my SSD died out of nowhere, and I've been waiting on RMA for quite some time to see if they'll replace it). Over the course of time I've had it, I haven't been able to test it for gaming purposes, but I did use it with my Mac for some art and general computer usage. First off, this thing is nice. In the box is a little slip of paper that lets you know it's already been color calibrated, so you shouldn't need to worry about that for color accuracy. You can definitely tell - it's gorgeous, no matter what you're looking at. Of course, that's par for the course for OLED, but even so. It never ceases to amaze me how much the colors pop, and how black the blacks can get. The screen portion is insanely thin. Probably the thinnest I've ever seen. There's a bump on the back for the board components and power supply and what have you, but this thing is still small and light. The stand is pretty nice, too. There's a lot of ways to adjust your screen to your tastes - you can raise it and lower it, tilt it forward and back. Even turn it from landscape to portrait, although it would be shame to use something this nice as a side monitor, rather than a main one. It's got a high framerate. Being on a Mac, I could only see how smooth scrolling looked, and how smooth it was to move my mouse across the screen. Still beautiful enough for me to take note, but alas, I couldn't test it in any situations where it would matter more. I'm very excited for when my PC is back up and running, though! One problem I did notice, however, was with the stand. Maybe I did something wrong, but it's not the most stable feeling thing around. When I'm typing, the monitor would start to shake and shake and shake, until it was so bad I couldn't read what I was writing. I've used numerous monitors on their built in stands on this same desk, and have never had that issue. Of course, this can be bypassed by using something like a wall mount, which I normally do, but for those who want to use the included stand, they will likely notice it if their desk has any wobble. Especially if they're playing games with keyboard and mouse. All of that said, however, this is an amazing monitor, with amazing color quality and design. Especially at the price point. As far as OLED monitors go, this is pretty affordable, but you'd be hard pressed to tell just by the user experience alone.

Nothing not to like, crisp 2k with high refresh rate. I have an LG ultragear monitor i paid $1000 for a few years ago with similar specs and this monitor is on the same tier for way less.

Go this oled monitor to see what the hype was about oled. Well it is a pretty good monitor. I play games mostly and to say the least the clarity and blacks of this monitor I was impressed. The brightness of the monitor is enough of 200nits is good enough for my taste. I play games in a pretty dark room. So this is my first oled so I am quite pleased .

This monitor was suggested by one of the workers. It is fantastic I’ve always been interested in the graphical differences of the non vs oled display and I won’t swap back! For any gaming videos or even daily use it is fantastic!

This OLED monitor is incredibly impressive. Its top brightness is remarkable for an OLED display, and it also has a vertical rotation feature, making it versatile for various applications. I highly recommend it.

Worth every penny. Every time I use this im reminded that it was an excellent purchase. The colors are better then anything ive experienced im coming from using the Samsung G series monitors the 240 hrtz is much smoother than 144 I can clearly tell the difference. The blacks are deep. It helps truly immersion on single player games and the high refresh rate and low response time is needed for competitive 10/10 i love this monitor

Pros: -amazing color accuracy. -very inky and unified blacks. -works flawlessly with my consoles and laptop. -big, but not too big. -good built in ui. Cons: -4k support is only available to consoles with "console mode" turned on, not supported for pc. -the blacks look a bit weird in bright rooms. -certain settings can only be accessed via an app for Windows. Overall: A great monitor for gaming and general uses, would absolutely recommend to another person.

Bought this on the Memorial Day sale for a good price. It helps that this is significantly cheaper than higher-end OLED displays. The OLED really makes those darker colors pop! Only issues I’ve had are Windows 11 being Windows 11 and the screen being very sensitive to Smudging. HyperX is a really solid brand so I trust that this product will last.
