This mouse responds quickly and is very useful. I do have a complaint about the location of the sensitivity adjustment button, as I will often find that the sensitivity changes during gameplay and I end up having to reset it. But that is done quickly and painlessly.

No software needed. I would give this mouse a 5 star if it was made of a more solid material. It's very lightweight, very inexpensive and at a great price. It doesn't feel as well made as a Razer Taipan but it's also half the price. If this fits your budget try it out, it works very well.

This mouse is too heavy and large to be used in a FPS game. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

materials feel sturdy and tracking is very good the mouse is light weight and has one of the top optical sensors (3310) I have medium sized hands and this mouse feels comfortable to aim with in the games I have tested it in dpi changing is based on a color system which the mouse comes with instructions for what color is what dpi 400 800 1600 3200 dpi my only concern for this mouse is the rubber side grips they are slightly weird shaped but I have not had a issue with gripping them I just need to see how they hold up over time also the mouse only works at 1000hz if you wanted to change that you can not pros 3310 optical sensor 95g weight decent shape and build quality no software to get in the way cons no customization or macros since there is no software fairly stiff cable there is not much to set this mouse apart from other similar mice overall if you want a driverless 3310 optical mouse this is a pretty good option if the shape fits your hand the mouse is allot like the razer deathadder

I have many gaming mice from companies like Logitech, Steelseries, Roccat, Corsair and others, giving me some familiarity with whats out there as far as gaming mice go. I have to say that after using the HyperX Pulsefire Gaming Mouse for awhile, I am very impressed. This mouse is a nice large size, comfortable in your hand and built extremely well. While it lacks some of the features, quality wise it it right up there with my more expensive mice. I especially appreciate the excellent optical sensor, button switches and large mouse feet which give the mouse a smooth glide. The only thing I wished is that you could select a wider range of DPI settings and LED colors. However, for the performance and current price , I am willing to forgo these extras. You should get one.

The Pulsefire FPS is just your generic gaming mouse. Similar to the Razer Deathadder. Two side buttons, built in DPS adjuster, scrolly wheel. Overall construction is very good with rubberized sides to help with your grip.
