Amazing starter pc, can always add onto it too, I would definitely record buying

I got exactly what I wanted also came faster then expected. I would buy again. I've had it for about a month now and I've run into 0 problems, the inclusion of a mouse and keyboard is also a super nice touch.

Brought this for MSFS 2020 has been able to handle all the updates and still working as fast as possible to handle the game.

My daughter has been wanting a gaming laptop forever. Hubby fell and broke his back and boy did I need her to help a lot. For 10 weeks she helped with everything I asked. She just was the best helper you could ask for! I don't think I could have done it without her. She earned this and then some! So we got it for her. If runs all her games including the ones that lagged or wouldn't play on her old PC. Boots up super fast too! She loves it and so do I! After all it makes my great kid happy!

It’s a good pc for starting gamers. If your looking for something that’s not laggy and want ultra graphics, this pc is not for you. It doesn’t give ultra graphics and is a bit laggy. I’ve played the isle on it a lot but graphics wasn’t so good.

this is a great pc I have tight now and its a amazing price for this . I would highly recommend buying it if your getting into pc !:D

GREAT PC! It has websites and things you need to install with easy access already. Quick set up and reliable. Has great bones to start out with. Obviously you can upgrade later but if your overwhelmed with everything out there and don't know what to get on a build your own PC. This is a great skeleton!

Incredible value. Can play most games at medium settings. Super quick and easy to use. My daughter also loves the lighting if you want something to look "cool" for your children. Very easy to set-up and has all the USB/HDMI connections you could need.

Very pleased with my purchase, as it was my first time buying a gaming PC, and I didn't know what to expect! Lots of USB and display ports, which is great. I have been able to play all kinds of games with ease. Very easy to set-up as well!

Ordered this and best buy sent me the right keyboard and mouse but the incorrect tower for this order. When I contacted best buy they shipped a replaced it with the correct tower. The keyboard and mouse are not the same, but I feel are actually better. Purchased for my son as a starter gaming pc. Beautiful tower, brightly colored keyboard and very smooth mouse. Graphics are incredible and my son cant stop talking about the speed in his game. Very happy.

I had a little anxiety regarding buying my 14 year old this pc. But it was easy to set up. I do have some complaints. There is a scratch on the tempered glass. There was no cushion to be removed from inside the cpu. Meaning the parts inside the cpu could have been damaged before it was delivered to me. And last but not least. The digital download was not in my digital library. I had to call tech support for that. They were professional and helpful as always. Happy customers over here.

I got this PC just a few days ago. When it arrived i set everything up, and it worked totally fine. I knew that the GPU is like 10 years old so I couldn’t run a lot of games at a good fps without upgrading- which was understandable. However, my friend had gotten this same exact PC, and when we looked inside both of them and compared the motherboards... THEY WERE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Still nothing wrong with the PC itself, but limited the options I have for upgrading it. One pic is of my motherboard, the other is my friend’s. Just to be sure we got the same, I even checked the model number on both his and my order- exact same.

Amazing starter pc would recommend for any starter getting into pc gaming just make sure it can play the games you want low quality if not save a little more and get something better

it really good this is my first pc and i love it every thing is great it run clean and i love the back ground you should buy it before it run out

great pc, easy setup. its easy to open and exchange parts inside of it. the lighting is nice and it seems well built.

Great starter PC.we play WoW and she only gets about 25FPS which is not terrible but is not what I was expecting. Overall its a decent starter PC but if you play high FPS games look else where.

It's kind of a garbage machine processor is garbage graphics card is bottom of the barrel I'm only keeping it because my guy is putting parts in it for me...but looking to find out the info on the power supply foes anyone know????

my son saved up for this and loves it! it was an easy set up and he was online gaming in no time! i highly recommend it!
