Good computer for its price definitely a good starter gaming pc I would upgrade the graphics but other than that the processor and motherboard are great for gaming

So far a fun and relatively fast econo-gamer. Ended up using an NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 2GB from our previous computer for much better frame rates.

Product as advertised, fair price. My only complaint is that it did not arrive in store on date it was expected and I was not able to get information on when it was expected. It did arrive, was easy set up and my grandson loves it.

It works so perfectly and was better than I expected but I did buy some better parts but overall a great product!

I was new to the pc gaming experience and came across this pre-build in high hopes but the gpu, and ram is simply insufficient to meet gaming needs. But if you wanted to use this as an everyday desktop to write emails, watch movies/ videos this will get the job done. But overall this “Gaming” pc does not meet todays standards and is well overpriced.

My son use this computer everyday and hasn’t had any issues. That’s why I waited so long before writing a review to see if it was going to hold up. My son loves it. We haven’t had any issues.

Great computer only problem is the ssd is junk and broke in less than a month. Graphics card is also a bit small

its a good starter pc, played cold war and it looks good. had to upgrade the graphics card for it to work.

Bought this for my son birthday, no complaints from him. He is on it all the time with no issues, Love it, 2nd time buying a gaming computer from best buy, this is the only place I will buy electronics from because of Geek Squad.

Overall I think this PC is really nice so far. Only just bought it but it runs really smooth.

So far so good. Placed an online order everything came in two days. Computer is doing great for the games we got it for (planet zoo) and my son loves it. it looks great and runs super quite too with all those fans.

The system pictured does not appear to be the system you will get. The GeForce GT 710 looks like nothing in the picture, this is not a gaming card for 2021. 480TB SSD? I am sure they mean 480GB. While these are simple mistakes, it is misleading and clearly an example of a company that doesn't know how to list their products correctly. Additionally, the GT 710 in 2021 would be used as a multi-monitor workstation card at the very most as it would be underwhelming in EVERY gaming for any game in 2021. Also, the i3 would be "meh" for gaming, as a 4 core processor it will get the job done but don't expect super performance. And sure you could run CSGO, PUBG, etc. But anything that relies on the GPU in any meaningful way will not work very well.

I bought my boyfriend a gaming pc he has been wanting of this brand and he loves it! Great price, great service, excellent product. Will be looking back for future purchases! Only took two days to deliver!

This is listed as a entry level gaming pc by many of the reviews written by previous buyers but this computer is underwhelming to say the least the graphics card is awful and isn’t even the same card shown in the pictures. No triple A titles can be played on it you would have to replace the card in order to even attempt to play warzone or fortnite attempting these actions with the computers original card makes you crash immediately. This computer is just another example of misleading branding and sellers not sharing the whole truth as to what you’re paying for for an addition 50 to a 100 dollars you could get an hp pavilion with a 1650 super in it and not have to exchange any parts it you don’t want to. Save your money buy something else this computer is not it!!!

I haven't heard any complaints from my daughter who plays some on line games. I was surprised for the price we paid, it didn't come with a monitor. Over the kids are happy with it, and so am I

Great tower and setup. Easy to use and setup. You literally plug up and go.
