Computer was very quick and could run just about any PC game but the fan was exceptionally loud. Called iBUYPOWER for assistance and they were mostly willing to help but nothing could keep the noise down. Had to return.

1 Week & I'm having to take it to the Geek Squad

I have had this PC up and running for 7 days, and it has seemed to run fine. On day 8 I go to start it up, as to relax after a long day at work, and it fails to boot up correctly. It gets stuck on a black screen with a blue Windows logo. I'm glad I purchased the Geek Squad protection considering, but im very disappointed in this manufacturer. I paid almost $700 for a product that doesnt work, therefore I paid almost $700 for a product that I did not receive.
