    I like how best buy made it easier for me to search for a cheap computer and it was a fast process took them like 3 days to get that computer to the store

    After a month or so, my kid already wanting to upgrade a few things. Personally I wouldn’t know I do not play games on a computer. But that is all he does. So with that being said, it is a good starter computer. There is plenty of room for adding upgrades.

    Once we open the box and set up and find that wifi not working this issue may be common in all AMD processor not sure but I am guessing. I call the vendor and reinstall the software but didn't work so as per vendor recommendation I return the unit

    i like it and all but we have had some problems. i cant shut it all the way down. when im done i just put it in sleep mode because if i shut it all the way off it takes forever to start back up.we have to restart/set up all over again. i had a tech guy check it and he thinks maybe something with the hard drive is wrong. i have just dealt with it because of covid 19 and i dont want to have to travel over an hour again because it couldnt be shipped to me.

    Our son got this to mainly play fortnite. Based on the reviews, we thought it would be great, but he’s been experiencing major lagging. Not sure why, but we’ve been troubleshooting for a few days now.
