The case was absolutely hugh and weighed a lot. This is a gamers PC doesn't seem relevant for someone who just wants a regular desktop PC.

And the picture dose not look a thing like the real thing the inside look like it has a lot of stuff behind the glass but the real thing it’s small and also the picture look like a totally different PC than them the one you sent me it’s so bad it’s a ripoff next time be real with your stuff

This took a WHOLE month to arrive. This was honestly a dissapointment, it can't even run Roblox on low graphics.

If I can give it a 0 star I would but idk why people lying in the comments saying it’s good this is horrible for gaming the graphic card is the worse just everything about it sucks

Got it to play fortnite. Sadly the specs aren’t as great as promised

After ordering it online, it took two weeks to when it was suppose to come, but then after a week delay they canceled my order, and then charged me for the anti virus software that was included free with the PC

Bought this for my sons birthday. It was all talking about. Great packaging, easy set up, looks were awesome. But As the title states, started off great but crashed quickly. Installed his favorite game, off he went. Birthday was July 2. It is now July 20 and can’t turn the computer back on. Went through all troubleshooting steps and nothing. Tried multiple plugs in the house, they all work but the computer does not. Obviously not a reliable product.

This is an overall terrible gaming pc. it only runs minecraft at 100fps 200 lookin at the sky. it cant run games such as gta, fortnite etc. all you are getting are just lights that’s it. you are getting scammed just because it looks cool trust me it’s terrible. Don’t even think ab trying to run any high fps games.

It was suppose to bring a better gpu and they sent me a mini not a normal one and it didn’t run my games good non of my games work good don’t recommend

I've had this for about 11 months . It gets too hot, Temperatures are hot. Its gotten at least 50% slower when gaming. Cannot game and stream. I should have built my own :[

Works great and good for a fix upper , cod runs on 60 fps on min- med setteing, recommend you get another 8gb stick of ram, and upgrade from a 710 to a 1060 on the graphic card
