I purchased this product hastily as the sale was ending that day. This product is more for gaming than normal computer operation. It does not have enough memory to store photos and documents. If I had more time to research the product, I would not purchase this product.

Bought this pc for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. Just had to add a graphics card and she was off and rolling

My first real “gaming” computer, I see no difference between it from my MacBook Pro, I’m still getting the same FPS, you should really get it if your going to be willing to upgrade the parts.

very powerful and works well with the games i play. With no GPU on league i was getting 60fps on med settings.

No complaints at all thus far. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to others.

It’s a great computer for the home. The price was good also.

So I got online with iBuyPower chat gave them the info for the Bestbuy website and asked what was the Motherboard installed on this rig and asked for the max amount of Ram that could be installed. She gave me the ASRock motherboard info and said 64 GB could be installed... Not true the max that can be installed in this rig is 32 GB. So it's a good budget rig but you would think that the manufacturer would know the specs better on their own PC. I was disappointed but it will have to work for now. I maxed out the Ram and will keep use until next upgrade.

Was okay but nothing great. Got me through for what I needed and ended up building a PC

Got the desktop for my elderly parents and it is a good fit for them. The only issue is the amount of airflow for the desktop and it gets hot over extended use.

I needed a new computer but was disappointed to find that it only had 4 USB ports and no DVD drive. I had to purchase these extra to run all of the accessories I need.

It’s good for beginners could use more memory. Keyboard and mouse could be better but for the money it’s not a bad buy.

My 15yr son saved up all of his allows to buy this gaming PC for almost 8mnths. Once he got is it worked great. However after only a little over 6mnths the PC stopped working. One night he was playing it just fine. This next morning got up to play it, and it wouldn’t even turn on. Since he purchased it from Best Buy. We had Greek Squad look at it. Was told the motherboard has went out. Getting a hold of iBuypower is extremely difficult. The number Best Buy gave me didn’t work, nor did the phone number online work. Had to submit an email to iBuypower. Had to create a ticket and mail off PC. I had to pay $65 to sent it to iBuypower to have them repair it. I’ll let come back to review again after I hear from them

Wish it had a dvd player. Case seems large but it works well.

This is a gaming machine with a ssd but I bought it for use in an office. It is blazingly fast due to the ssd and the i5 processor. Came with no bloatware. The case is large, white and has the power switch, 2 USB ports, and led indicators on the top front for easily accessibility. Case opens without tools with room for another drive. A well designed machine which worked well right out of the box (after the Windows updates). Hope that it continues to perform well. I am impressed with a lower of power for the price.

I'll admit, this is a little more horsepower than I probably needed, but for the price and quality I am stoked. Ibuypower takes computers very seriously and this unit is no joke. Asus motherboard, lighting fast ssd, plenty of room for upgrades, airflow is top notch, it runs very quiet, and the i5 is amazingly fast. Took about 5 minutes to setup and I couldn't be happier. Keyboard and mouse are a nice touch as well. Only downsides to this unit is it is large and it doesn't come with a CD drive so just keep that in mind when you purchase. Other than that, this is the best bang for your buck no doubt.

Easy to upgrade as others have mentioned. I plan on using this for some gaming and business. I have a 4K 28inch monitor to along with this rig so bought a GTX 1060 graphics card (which is not enough for 4K gaming, learnt the hard way) and upgraded to a 650W Corsair power supply. The stock power supply did not have the necessary pin connection for the GTX 1060. Did not have much trouble installing. Albeit this is my first time installing components into any PC. Wish it came with more Hard drive capacity but easy enough to add more Hard drive HDD, SSD also has an M.2 SSD slot. Overall I think its great for casual gaming and upgrading down the line, I expect to keep this PC for a good while to come.

Comes out of the box, blazing fast, ready to handle anything you throw at it. Perfect base for those who want to build a PC without the hassle of actually building a PC. Plenty of room for larger HDD, graphics card, whatever.

My main PC was aging and - due to a slim case and my lack of cable management skills- I wasn't too keen on completely gutting and upgrading it. Well, let's just say that space is no longer an issue. The case on this thing is quite large- and solid to boot. Other than a few minor additions (like a 1TB HDD), this desktop won't require many upgrades in the short term, but there's plenty of room and a decent baseline for upgrades when I'm ready. And the price... pretty decent for the specs- especially if you can catch it on sale.

Nice pc for the price quiet fast and very upgradable but could come with a CD rom come on ibuypower that's a standard necessity...overall good buy
