Have only had it one day but so far no complaints. I picked it up at Best Buy everything was in the box. Booted it let it do the windows updates and it has been perfect all day. I chose this so that I could add to it. Its basic but an I7 processor and 16g ram it has plenty of speed without a dedicated Video card. If you are a gamer you will add one if you have basic computer needs and hate when a pc lags or hangs you will not get that with this one.

This is a super fast computer that parts can easily be upgraded if desired. I added a 1tb ssd drive using the open mount provided. I only needed a screw to secure to mount which I had from an old laptop. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND MOVING USB WIRELESS DONGLE TO OUTSIDE PORT DOING SO GREATLY INCREASED MY WIRELESS SPEED!

Was cheaper than buying a Core i7-8700, 16 GB of DDR4 memory, motherboard, and OS separately. Already had a case and power supply which is a good thing because the ones that come with this are junk. The motherboard is mini-ATX but it's an Asus of pretty good quality. I stuffed these parts into my case and added a video card and I've got a pretty high end computer for a good deal.

With a Intel i7 8th generation inside, the computer is powerful and fast, at least for daily tasks (e.g. e-mail, browsing on the web, Word, Excel, etc.). The only thing is that it is lack of enough mounting spaces for additional internal IDE and/or SATA hard disk (only one provided) even though there are a lot of rooms inside.

Got this bad boy on sale. Could not beat the value for the performance. I don't use it for gaming, but for dabbling in music production. It is plenty powerful enough for anything I will do. Mouse feels cheap but that is hardly an issue. It works fine. Other PCs with these features cost hundreds more. Very happy.

We brought this computer for my brother and he loves it. This computer is great for the price. When booting up, it is very fast. Overall playing games like Fortnite and other games is pretty smooth.

Nice piece of equipment. Great wireless performance on a NetGear Nighthawk router at 25 yards line of sight connection. SSD storage makes this iBuyPower machine really fast and reliable.

Needed something to handle multiple windows and programs running...this seems to fill that need well!

I purchased this desktop last week.this is work great and fast

I will start this review by saying this PC is a replacement for one in which a capacitor melted on the motherboard (different brand). So I had a power supply, graphics card, one terabyte hard drive, and a DVD writer to connect to this PC. The case is huge so there is ample room to work inside it to easily install these devices. However there is no way to mount hard drive for the DVD drive in the case. For now the hard drive just sits in the bottom of the case and I just connect the DVD drive when it needed. If I need a more permanent DVD Drive I will purchase a USB drive, which good ones run only about $25. The cables in the case are well organized and looks very neat inside. The performance is outstanding. If you purchase this PC be ready to add a graphics card and a larger hard drive. The power supply is a 400 watt power supply, which is marginal if you add a decent graphics card. There is space to mount another solid state drive in the case and plenty of USB ports for all my external devices.

So the OS failed within 2 weeks. There is no DVD drive, yet they send along 2 DVD's. There is no recovery partition so there is no way to recover the OS. So how do I reinstall the OS? guess what I was told??? go out and BUY an external DVD drive to fix my brand new computer. It's so stupid. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!! It's a piece of junk

I bought this tower to build off of and so far its been great for that. While the pc doesn't come with much I am impressed with what it did come with. Mine came with a Asus MOBO that seems to be no slouch. I also appreciate the amount of room in the case. Aside from adding my graphics card from my previous tower, the only thing I would upgrade on this pc is the power supply. It's rated for 400w and has a 6pin power connecter... You could probably run a GTX 1060 on that PSU, but I plan upgrading to a stronger PSU when I upgrade from my GTX 1050 ti to an RTX.

I had been looking at this computer for a couple of months and finally bought it when it went on sale. I bought it for 3 reasons - I wanted the Intel i7 processor, 16GB memory and a solid state drive and as an added bonus the tower is white which goes perfectly in my office. I love this computer. It's super fast and was super easy to set up. It has endless possibilities for upgrading. Really happy with my purchase. Just wish the mouse that came with it was wireless.

iBuyPower ARC945 i7-8700 @ 3.20GHZ 16.0 GB My old computer died Sunday night, I saw this on sale for $699 at Best Buy and ordered it Monday morning and it was delivered mid-day Tuesday. This is a no frills fast computer. Plenty of power with a 6 core i7 and SSD hard drive. The case is completely empty, in order to add a harddrive I had to use the cage from my old computer. There is no place for a DVD drive or media reading -- the case has no openings or cutouts other than the PCI slots. It comes with 2 DVDs but you will have to use an external DVD drive for them. The DVDS are: a Win-10 reinstallation disk and an Asus hardware support disk. I did not get a mouse with mine.

A great starter PC for whatever you need. If you're a gamer you can easily add a graphics card. The processor is very good and will stay relevant for years. The best part is how clean the inside of the PC is. The wiring was very organized and I had no trouble opening the unit to add to it.

A fantastic price for allot of computing power, and the ability to update / customize your computer. A great tool for my child to learn how to build / install cards on a tower computer. We had no trouble installing a new graphics card and setting it up. I could not find a comparable computer at the same price. Highly recommend it! Also, had great help and advice from Perry at Best Buy!
