Let’s see, where did my disappointment begin. Right out of the box there was a splotch of the liquid cooling all over the bottom front of the computer. After cleaning this mess up I noticed that there were horribly noticeable fingerprints on the opposite side of the glass where the liquid is kept so there was no way to clean it! The Inside of the computer was dirty, dusty and a small area of paint was chipped off.. another issue was its photos for the item. They show the motherboard including a wifi card with only 1 antenna when in reality it has 2 so thats a plus! But unfortunately the photo also shows the motherboard including a SPDIF (optical) port when it actually doesn’t have one, which sucks. The product also took 3 weeks to arrive to my house which was THE WORST! And their customer service would say it was going to be shipped and they just kept delaying it. Very annoying and their phone number is a nightmare to call because it only answers SOMETIMES. Apart from the mainly bad news the computer plays games AMAZING! The 10 core i9 is a huge leap compared to the 8 core 9th gen i7 and its custom liquid cooling is very effective. Another great part of it is its wifi card, it is VERY fast for a prebuilt desktop and it isn’t even wifi 6! But although these few features are great I am definitely NOT purchasing from iBUYPOWER again! Noted this wasn’t BestBuy’s fault, it came straight from iBUYPOWER. I will add photos to show the impossible-to-remove fingerprints and paint chipping. OH AND ALSO when I started my computer I had to manually instal windows which I never had to do with any other computer desktop or laptop. So the ease of use was very frustrating at first.

So far the pc handles any game I throw at it even cyberpunk 2077... the part that blows me away the most is the water cooling because of that it doesn't get hotter than 55c max that's with everything on max playing cyberpunk. I've owned nothing but ibuypower and have loved every single one

I would say 3.5 due to the cooling system. The computer works and runs great but i don’t think it’s supposed to look like this. Picture included. I purchased this a year ago but the bubbles never. Is it supposed to look like this? My take, i don’t like buying things brand new unknowingly there’s a flaw.

I would highly recommend this PC but take a real good look at it. All excited since this was my first ever PC only to find that in manufacturing they forgot to add a Motherboard standoff. They recommended I return it and buy another one but there is nothing in stock. So now I’m PC’less until then. But will say for the day I did have it looked awesome.

This machine is a powerhouse that hardly flinches at the tope games. Yes, it doesn't have the latest 3 series card in it, but what it does have gets the job done, with room to spare. This has a 10th gen i9-10900KF in it along with a RTX 2080 Super card. the custom cooling on this is what makes this great. It has liquid cooling for not only the CPU, but also the GPU. This keeps temps nicely below what you would expect and also keeps the machine quiet as it doesn't need to rev up what fans it does have, very often. Mine came well packaged, with everything solidly connected(I picked up from my local Best Buy) and it had all MSI components. An MSI Z490-a pro motherboard, an MSI RTX 2080 Super and the MSI Vigor GK30 gaming keyboard/mouse combo(this is NOT the one shown in the product images). Everything has worked well to date. I just turned it on, set up Windows 10, let it register and off I went, The only disappointing parts are that while this webpage says it comes with an i9-10900K, it actually came with an i9-10900KF. I'd have preferred the K for the built in video capabilities, just in case it is needed(plus I think the K is a 1-2% quicker in benchmarks, but that is splitting hairs). The other is that while the motherboard has 2 NVMe M.2 slots, it only came with a 1 tb SATA drive. I ended up adding my own NVMe drive and cloning the SATA SSD to boot off of. It is blazing fast this way. A couple tips... 1. The machine seem to come with all fans/cooling at 100%. You should either go into the bios and turn on the SMART fan option of adjust the fan curves with something like MSI Dragon Center or Afterburner. 2. To control RGB lighting, if you get an MSI motherboard, download Dragon Center. In there you will find a section called Mystic Light, which is where you control the lighting. All in all, this is fantastic machine made better by great custom cooling. Highly recommended.

So far, so good, great even...ah, who am I kidding? This is the most powerful computer I’ve ever owned, it’s been fantastic as of a few days. To give you some context, I did a parts comparison on a benchmark website between my then current computer to this one, and it told me the CPU alone was 2,000% more efficient...good grief, right? I needed a computer that met the requirements of my multimedia program in college, and this far and away exceeds those requirements. I was skeptical about water-cooling, I know it’s been a thing for awhile but it always freaked me out with the whole water/electronics thing, but the hard tube system iBuyPower came up with for the Element CL line is solid and put my mind at ease when I inspected it. The one thing I will say is that some of the shark bite connection rings were pushed in upon arrival, though no fluid had leaked and it was easy enough to pull them back out. The way they secure the tubes for shipping was fantastic too, no room for them to get jostled in transit. The interest in RGB all these fancy new computers have is a bit lost on me, it’s pretty, and my wife loves it, but for something that is going to live under my desk, I personally don’t see the point. I must be getting old. Above all else, the point of this system for me is productivity, and it allows me to execute any given task with so much ease it brings a tear to me ol’ eye. I got a factory color calibrated 4k monitor and already my photo editing speed and accuracy has gone up a hundred fold. I look forward to seeing what it can do for my video editing now that I won’t have to wait forever for previews to load. Gaming is phenomenal on this rig, no issues whatsoever. If there’s anything negative I could say, it would be that I’m already having to upgrade the RAM. 16gb is just too little for the tasks I tackle on it. However, given the price, and such a well crafted custom build you’re getting for that price, that’s really just nitpicking. It’s a solid, beautiful build, and given that parts to build your own are so hard to come by at the moment, I would recommend this to anyone and everyone for productivity, gaming, or otherwise.

Absolutely worth every penny. If you want to take your gaming to the next level this is your PC. I am not great with computers so i was nervous to make the purchase. Out of the box ready to roll was simple and straight forward. Looks amazing, very quite and runs my game of choice (warzone) perfectly. The signs all point in the same direction BEST BUY- IBUYPOWER the word "BUY" says it all

Runs everything I want, maxed out. Cable management is great. Comes out of the box waiting for you to plug it in. Super quiet and lightning fast. Was skeptical of a prebuilt, but sometimes you just have to send it. Didn’t have time to build one myself and honestly, this is better than I would have put together on my own. It’s a beast.

This is my first gaming pc and I don't know to much about them. So far it's incredible. It takes less than a minute to start from shutdown. I have a 1440 144hz monitor. Gta 5 plays at a constant 72 fps, doom eternal 144, session/skater xl 144, all at ultra settings. I can only get cyberpunk up to 40 fps but I have it set to quality over performance. The RGB lighting is sick. I just ordered 2 more RAM sticks so the performance might get a lot better. The water cooling keeps it super cool. I still have yet to make it even begin to overheat. I wanted to wait for the 30 series to be available but I don't think thats going to happen for a long time so hopefully I'll be able to upgrade as I learn more.

Overall a very solid pc! Everything came very well assembled and properly packaged so that it was safely delivered. And for how well spec'd the machine is, the price feels pretty fair. The only con (and the reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars) is that the stock fans that come with the case are absolutely garbage. The airflow is pretty meh, and they have a very noticeable whine when under load. Even tinkering with BIOS settings, it was difficult to get them quieted down. Normally that wouldn't bother me much because I never have high hopes from stock fans, and they're easy enough to replace. However, since the whole selling point of this pc is the water loop, it was a definite let down that the stock fans ruin the pc's ability to run nearly silently.

Super quiet powerful PC! Love the stock RGB and the liquid cooling is awesome. A solid buy for under $2k.

I usually build these things but I was quite disappointed with the current 30 series GPUs especially after having a 3090. Ultimately sold the card and pocketed some money, and bought this. An absolutely wonderful machine, which has great overclocking potential due to the water cooling.

I just got my computer and I already can tell a difference. Also, I received my computer 2 days sooner than they told me I was going to get my computer. When I got the box back to my house and opened it up, I was pleasantly surprised to get a high quality keyboard and mouse, I thought I was going to get that standard cheap keyboard and mouse I'm all too familiar with. The keyboard was actually kind of of heavy and it is RGB lit. All in all I'm happy with my purchase.

Best economic option out there. No issues what so ever. Quite an impressive rig, have stressed it to test it and boy does she perform.

Pretty nice computer. I haven't had any issues and ha e played about 70 hours on it so far. It has handled every game I've thrown at it aswell!
