Its not the one in the pictures, it looks better than that also it runs games really good with medium-high settings. Just upgrade ramm and your good to go!

Great PC I had previously got one from Amazon that was a different brand and was not at all what it stated but this one was a big difference and love it , the lights don’t have as many options and the keyboard & mouse have cords that are kind of short but pc and keyboard are very quite which is nice.

This pc is a great buy. Im able to run most games like the battlefield series. Speed and performance are really good. Only thing is when i got it i had to plug the rgb fans into the controller but thats not a big deal. Its well worth it especially if yoire looking to get started with pc gaming.

Excellent buy, very nice and reliable. I used if for gaming and school work also very affordable.I recommend buy this pc.

A little disappointed that the keyboard as well as the graphic card was not the same as the picture provided. I mean when you order online you should get what's offered

I bought my very first gaming Desktop this year and it is amazing!! Its fast, reliable and is exactly what I needed. For whatever reason, they ran out of cases for my computer and without me knowing it was swapped out and I thought I had received the wrong computer until I turned it on and checked everything in the Specs. I also did not appreciate having to open the case up immediately to finish plugging in the LEDs for the fans into the little LED board. It made me think there was something wrong. I would have appreciated an email from ibuypower explaining about the case swap so I wouldn't have to worry also. But overall I am happy with them for my first PC. A little more customer care would have allowed me to give you 5 Stars but at least the PC is 5 Star Quality!

This pc is fine for a beginners. iBUYPOWER Customer service took a few days to get back to my general questions but responded better than the competitor gaming pc which I ended up returning. The only disappointment from this is that Best Buy advertises this pc as having 2 display ports when it actually only has one. After talking with iBUYPOWER customer service this model is only supposed to have 1 display port so it's a marketing error for Best Buy which is disappointing but can still have my dual monitor set up using the HDMI port, if your looking for a three monitor set up you'll be disappointed, speaking of display port mine came with a dust plug covering it which was a bit of a pain to remove but oh well. As others said the PC looks different than what is advertised but overall everything else seemed correct. One of my led lights won't turn on but it likely came unplugged during shipping, still runs great.

I love the machine, but disappointed that it doesn’t look like the picture. The computer case is totally different than what it shows on-line. Ibuypower and Best Buy should have notified the purchasers of the difference. It makes you wonder if you actually got the listed hardware or did they substitute some other things. I know that when I look at My Computer the hard drive shows a HDD and NOT a SSD. I have spent probably close to $5,000.00 at Best Buy over the pst few years. Very disappointed. Not only did I chose this system for it’s capabilities but for the look of the case as well. I am a BestBuy member and expect MORE from them

Was looking for a pretty reasonable Pre-Build computer and I stumbled upon iBuyPower's premade and was impress on the specs and I loved the fast shipping they have! Everything run's smoothly and works just as it should.

Needed a computer for business use and I was able to find a reliable one built from iBUYPOWER. The only thing I would say is that the item picture was not what I received which caught me off guard.

Its a really good gaming computer, just need to upgrade the graphics card to play any of the higher profile type games. My only concern with it is when I bought it online, it said that it had 4 RAM slots on it but it only has 2. So other than the inaccurate description its a good computer

This is a great gaming computer without having to break the bank. I love that I can add more ram to it.

This wasn't the pc I was expecting butbit still had everything it was supposed to have just a different case

Bought a computer for my wife to work from home with, after lots of searching and convincing, I finally talked her into an iBUYPOWER computer. She loves it, and I certainly love it as well. I work on 3D modeling and video editing and this computer is PERFECT for that! Highly recommend!

Good for a beginer but need to get new graphic card

Hubby loves it. I can’t complain. Bought it for my husband so he can start streaming and doing what he enjoys. He adores it. We were able to expand the memory and make it faster. It is an awesome unit!

Haven’t had a computer for a while and this one did everything I needed. Easy setup, fast response and pretty cool to look at, I don’t care about the led lights
