It is a decent computer, though not much hardware in it for the size of the tower. Has trouble running Skyrim but other than that does really well with lower graphic games.

I love the pc. Sure the pc runs good with low resolution but When I upgraded the graphic card and power supply to play games with best resolution. Now I can play dead by daylight. The game that I wanted to play for a while.

I bought this during the pre black Friday sale. The components used to build it would cost me more than buying it built. It arrived in one piece, but they need to either find a gentler carrier or pack the internals better. One stick of ram was laying in the bottom of the PC and the retaining clip on the CPU fan had come in fastened. Easy enough to fix, but not something the end user should have to deal with. I play 7 Days to Die and this machine handles it with no issue. Migrated the OS to an SSD and added 8gig of ram without issue. So if youre wondering, yes... there is the ability to easily upgrade it yourself. You can change the LED colors with the included remote, but only internal ones. The fan and case front stay Red. This computer came with actual Discs for reloading the OS and all drivers, that is a rarity but a big bonus if you should ever need them. (No there is no optical drive in this model)

the speaker dont work and the fan doesnt spin well get stuck at times took to best buy they dont have anymore will not upgrade under receipt date

The only issue I had was that for some reason the GPU was not able to download its updates so I just took my GPU from old computer and used it.

The computer is very nice. I didn't think it would be this big but I like it and I'm able to connect dual monitors, which is why I bought it in the first place.

I bought this for my son, and it met all his needs. Everything worked fine right out of the box. The keyboard was a little soft, but that's a personal preference so it wasn't a big deal.

I was very happy when I first received this desktop, but after 6 months it's garbage. I am not a heavy duty gamer I play one or two games not really graphically demanding---most times I am watching a movie or surfing the web. This computer stopped working with no warning. One night I turned it off and the next day when I tried to use it----it wouldn't even start. For the price it should have worked longer which leads me to believe that either this computer was refurbished or the parts were old to begin with. When you call the company (NOT BESTBUY) before you even get to explain your situation the reps are rude then tell you to send the entire computer back for a diagnostic. Now to send this entire computer back to them it would cost over $150 dollars because of the weight. Keep in mind you are only covered for a limited warranty-----a full diagnostic would cost you plus the shipping fees. This computer is not worth the hassle!!!!!!! Buy a better quality desktop------SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Love this computer. Love the fact that it has wireless capabilities and the power is awesome. Love the remote control color changeing options too.

Computer good overall. This is my 2nd Ibuypower for gaming. In both the video card failed within a few weeks.

I will never buy again. The operating system wasn't loaded so I had to exchange it for another one. The new one wasn't new, it was probably the same one cause not all the packaging was there and you could tell the box had been re-taped. Got it home and it lasted two hours before it stopped working. Will never, ever buy another one from Ibuypower.
