Hello, I already own 2 of these systems and they have worked the majority of the time I owned them and if there was a problem then I contacted geek squad to fix the problem....and they did. When I bout this computer for my son I thought I was making a good purchase. Within 2 weeks it crashed...I was told something about an update gone wrong and now nothing was working...none of the recovery disc, even with an external hard drive worked. The blue recovery screen was still up. I had been on the phone and in the store numous times with geek squad trying to get it to do something. After that I tred to contact the manufactor on the day and time they were supposed to be open...I couldn't get a single person on the phone cause the office was closed...finally I called geek squad back for the last time. I was advised to take the computer back to the store...so I did. I was offered the option to get the same computer or something else...I ran and ordered something else! Ibuypower will never have to worry about me buying another computer for them EVER again.

Good for what it’s designed for, horrible for everyday use. Pc will shut down and restart in the middle of a game or when you’re attempting to do anything else. So if you’re doing any type of home/work projects be sure to save often. If you’re running a raid on WoW or playing bf1, don’t cause you don’t know when this machine will shut down

Whorst pc it not even able to let u stream i will now be going to cyberpowerpc and not buying it on best buy

The computer would not stay on, it kept turning off.

I like it a lot, but it is so bright and colorful it distracts from the content on the monitor.

There is one complaint I have, when I first got the computer there was big holes but when I opened the box there was no damages, scratches etc. And this PC comes with the RGB control for the RGB strip that is located in the PC(obviously) I do not know how to operate it, so now it is just flashing a bunch of colors all the time. But for overall this a good beginners gaming PC. It cannot run most of the new games such as Infinite Warfare,The Witcher etc. For an example a game that it can run is CSGO at over 100+ FPS on high settings.Also, The fan that this PC has is pretty loud. Finally, I would say its worth your money.

Very happy with the gaming performance of this machine. I've had no problems with overheating; cooling system is performing well but the fans could be quieter. My machine for some reason did not come with a windows product key, so I had to call and they gave me one over the phone. Also, the hard drive became disconnected during shipping, so I had to figure this out and plug it back in. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

This computer is great! It has such a good price for what you get. The computer has given me no problems for any of the games I tried to run, and the appearance is great too, it's just not a black metal box. I highly recommend this computer if your looking for something powerful!

I ordered this PC right after my old one broke down on me and it has definitely been a good fit. It arrived early and already runs pretty well and has worked at a smooth pace on games. The keyboard that comes with it is also very useful however the mouse isn't as ergonomic as my pre-existing gaming mouse so it's still boxed. The fan is a little noisy but nothing too annoying and the RGB lighting also looks pretty cool. Unfortunately, though the system does come with multiple discs for drivers and reinstallation it's a shame it doesn't come with a built-in DVD drive. Overall, it's a pretty good PC with only a few minor hardware issues.

I don't play a lot of games, but when my old PC got so slow it was hard to play anything, I decided to upgrade. After comparing several PCs at Best Buy, this looked like the best value in it's price range. I am really happy with my selection. Not only does it run games smoothly, but it loads web pages super fast and streams video smoothly as well. My only complaint is I can't turn off the lights on the case. It came with a remote control, but nothing happens when I push the buttons. I removed the protective plastic over the battery, and even tested the battery (it is at full power). If I can't turn them off, I will cover them with tape.

Great computer for a relatively good price. Wasn't too terribly expensive and does exactly what the description of it says. Clearly high quality and runs very smoothly. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone looking for an excellent gaming computer with an average budget.

I decided to get this computer as my first computer and so far I am very happy with it. It came a week sooner then was told. Super easy to set up. Very fast abd exactly what I needed.

This computer is great for the price. My favorite features are the two USB 3.0 along with headphone and mic jacks are front and center on top of the tower towards the front. It will run most strategy games and mmo's with no problems at all. Be sure to take note of the dimensions. This tower is an absolute beast in size, but with the illuminated red stripe on the front and the side glass panels you probably won't mind.

I ordered this during Black Friday and received it 3 weeks later. Everything came intact and was easy to set up. Fastest computer for commercial use but can only run modern games at a decent FPS. I have upgraded the graphics card to improve the quality of the graphics to fit modern games like CSGO. Overall, a really good gaming computer for beginners.

I moved from a 10+ year old Dell so almost anything would be an improvement. ;) However, I shopped and shopped for a new computer. I wanted one that could handle editing 4k video and keep up with current day applications. To handle the video needs it made sense to look in the gaming PC categories but I didn't want to spend a fortune either. After shopping for MONTHS, when I saw this machine on sale I jumped on the chance. It may have a generation older processor and video card, but it has tons of main memory and video memory. Unboxing was easy and set up was quick and easy. No problems at all have been encountered. I was VERY happy to see that the machine had the operating system preloaded and that there was very little bloatware on the machine. It was a snap to install the hard drive out of my old computer to ease moving over some files and applications I didn't want to lose. Not everything worked perfectly on the new machine, but that's no fault of the machine (very old software). I did not pick and chose my new computer candidates based on looks, but I have to say this new computer is very impressive looking and the LED lighting is rather a silly add on but I do have to admit it is fun to play with. My only gripe is that the small remote that controls the LEDs came with no instructions. The included keyboard and mouse are useful and comfortable, though I could do without the extra buttons on the thumb side of the mouse, I'll have to see if I can disable them. Overall, VERY happy with the new machine. It is quiet (didn't expect that) and appears very well made.Since I added an external DVD drive and memory card reader, it has everything I need.

I bought this computer for my son after his gaming laptop stopped working. The machine is sharp looking and has nice lighting effects. It feels like it has a very solid build. Given the properties of the RAM, storage, video card and processor this computer is a bargain for the price paid.
