Booted once then wouldn’t boot a few hours later. My roommate spent 4 hours running recovery for Windows. Finally got it to boot, but it still had issues with the display blacking out and the screen flickering. Well finally it crashed on me, (3 days after the final day for a return, what luck) and upon restart said it failed to boot. Then wouldn’t even boot past first loading screen. And wouldn’t boot into setup, so it’s unusable. Definitely not recommending anyone to buy this.

Could be better very loud storage and game play is great! Only 1 fan for cooling tho.

It was working fine until a week ago. My son said it started to smoke at the bottom. It hasn’t been a year yet. Calling customer service to see about the warranty.

HDMI port doesnt work , got a potato . was looking forward to streaming from this but gotta wait to replace this potato

Not even two months of having this and it completely broke on me. Repairs are going to cost more than when i bought it and Best Buy definitely did not help due to their return policy and horrible geek squad. I’m a broke college student who has relied on this pc so much and now I’m stuck with something that doesn’t work anymore and no technological source for my online schooling.

Worked for two months. SSD failed lost data. Called, emailed, and used discord to contact ibuypower. A month after that I get an email indicating the process. Started the process but got irritated because they take a week to respond with each step. I will not be returning as a customer.
