Big Disappointment

Computer looks nice but it started malfunctioning almost from the beginning of use . It begins boot looping and we have to unplug and restart computer . This has happened several times. Unfortunately with the pandemic we have not been able to address the issue until today and now we are being told we cannot return it . My son bought this with his own money and it’s really terrible that a product like this doesn’t work properly .
