I purchased this for my son who turned 12 in June and it's been a great PC for him. The set up was easy and the information available online has been very useful for when I needed help afterwards. My kiddo is very happy with the system and in the future this model can be upgraded if he wants to.

PC works good, greatly packaged and when I did bring it to best buy the gave me a suggestion and it works perfectly now, other then regular things like updating the pc and it’s drivers because it hasn’t been updated or touched after being built it’s awesome and best buy really gives you good deals for such good computers

After one month, it still working great, but the lights in the computer inside I can not change it.

This is a great buy and my first gaming PC and would recommend for anyone looking to start gaming.

loved every bit so far cheap for prebuilt I highly suggest there is room for upgrade

I was so excited to receive this after I ordered it. The extra LED features really sold me on this model. Everything came in my order but a couple of things weren't plugged in, like two of the LED lights. Only took me about 15 minutes (and a little internet search) to figure out how to get everything back in its place and I haven't had any problems! I would recommend this computer.

For the price this is pretty good for someone who is new to PC gaming

Really happy with the computer overall! It has all the basics you need for gaming and the capabilities of upgrading in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone joining PC gaming!

Picked up this PC for my kids for school and so they can do some gaming, booted up fast no issues and my kids are happy.

The pc is great, but some of the fan lights were disconnected when shipped, but I put them back on. The pc offers great quality at an affordable price. I'd have to give this a 4 star because my keyboard's spacebar is wobbly and won't work half of the time.

I had to make sure all plugs was in after shipping. But other than that it's great. Components are quality. Don't regret my purchase.

So I read the reviews first, figured there was an overwhelming amount of Positive to negative reviews on this thing. So I expected nothing too difficult from the plug and play prospective..but It's been a long day. First things first, initial set up, took it out the box, removed the acrylic window, inspected the components to make sure nothing was lose and started it up. Initially the resolution was low, but I corrected once I got into the display settings. Initially, the computer went through multiple reboots, I figured it was just installing drivers. However, I noticed that the screen was getting purple pixels all over. I double checked display settings, everything seemed fine, changed out HDMI cables, nothing was getting rid of them. Note, during all this time, the computer kept going through random reboots, when I moved the HDMI's, I figured, it was something related to the graphics card. I load up Device Manager and noticed the Graphic Card had an error on it. "Windows had stopped the device because it has reported problems (Code 43)" I googled the error and got some solutions. I disabled the card, turned off the PC, unplugged, disconnected and then reconnected the card, booted the PC back up and reenabled the card. Seemed to have fixed it....I thought I continued my installs on the PC and plugged in a display port cable into the card for my second monitor....and the issue restarted again. I tried the above again to no avail. I then disabled the card from device manager, started windows update, which took forever, and rebooted the computer. It seemed to have worked again, the device manager however recognized it as a Generic Video card....but then the system updated for the correct device and the issues started again. The last solution was going into device manager and deleting the card from the listings, deleting the drivers and all. Shutting the computer off, unplug and replug the card, and SO FAR. So good. I'll see if this continues or not, but it's been a stressful day just getting this thing configured. Also one of the Front LED's didn't work from the get go.
