So right out of the box I had trouble. It would not boot up. Power would come on (no lights) and the fan would start and then turn off. Fans would start up again and then turn off over and over again. I did the trouble shooting trying to figure it out and nothing. I was pretty unhappy since I spent the first 2 hours trying to get it to come on. I called ibuypower customer service and was on hold (without every speaking to anyone) for 45 mins. Finally after pushing all the cords I noticed the RAM card wasn't seated all the way. I pressed it in and turned it on and lights came on and it booted up! I was very happy after that. I am not knowledgeable on building PCs which is why I bought a pre built. Overall I am very happy with the PC, the keyboard is horrible so I will be buying a better one. Spacebar and shift keys stick bad. Ibuypower customer service is terrible as I never spoke to anyone after being on hold for 45 mins but I knew that going in. Sorry for long post but hopefully this helps someone else in troubleshooting.

Honestly only had my computer for less than 24hrs but so far I LOVE IT. I was hesitate getting a desktop due to the fact I just haven't needed one really since XP days. But this computer has over exceeded my expectations and I would recommend everyone to give iBuyPower a shot. The reason for the 3 star over the 5 is because a fan illuminating light does not work. I understand that isn't relevant to the computer's performance but as a selling point it is technically broken.

I was excited to get a new PC that was powerful enough to play some of the best games. My excitement grew when I discovered this computer at an affordable price. After doing some research, there were warnings online to be wary of iBUYPOWER as they sometimes use defective products and materials to build their computers but I chose to move forward with the purchase. Unfortunately, I ended up disappointed because it arrived with a defective graphics card. While the computer did run beautifully when I was performing my basic productivity activities, anytime I tried to run a game, it would crash within 5-15 minutes. I tried lowering the graphics setting and that made no difference. Ultimately I gave up and returned it so that I could purchase a different PC entirely, I will probably never buy iBUYPOWER again. On the bright side,I did enjoy the keyboard and mouse for the short time I had it.

Ir is and very fast and good PC i would recommend buying one it also has a great keyboard and mouse with a lot of storage.

ok, short and sweet. Bought for my dad for fathers day and this wasn't for gaming. Stocks, streaming, and photo transfers (not editing). Came packaged extremely well. Setup time about 15 min BUT... the keyboard included didnt work and windows needed to be authenticated. Followed instructions that were prepackaged and explained to "Reset" windows and after wards it worked. Lost all of the free ware but who cares? Keyboard M, LCTRL, LShift, and space bar didnt work. Used own keyboard and got it up and running. Again, not for gaming. Browser loading is extremely slow. Verified all settings and is still slow. Once its up and loaded, works fine. I contacted bestbuy, they wanted the entire computer back if I wanted a new keyboard. Instead, contacted IBuypower through customer service email. 3 emails in 15 days, not a single response. Tried calling, was on hold for 1 hour then got disconnected. Not gonna cry over a $20 but its the principle. Anyways. Ok computer at a great price (uptick in all prices) but customer service gets a 0 and computer over all gets a 4 for just basic functions.

Went to pick up at Best Buy and the curbside pick up was way easy! Got this home and unpacked and thought of how many hours before I get this set up and playing? To my surprise, quite quick unpacked and set up playing within the hour! Great gaming set up for my first one! And running at 100fps easily for hours and very quiet!

This PC is great for people who want an inexpensive gaming desktop. It comes with a wired keyboard and wired mouse that are ok. The space bar sticks if you don't hit it right in the middle. When putting it together make sure you plug the HDMI cable to the graphics(GPU) HDMI port or it won't show on the monitor. The last thinking I had problems with is the sticker they used to protect the back of PC ports. You pulled the sticker off and there is a glue residue. Is hard to remove. It has 2 USB 2.0 ports, 4 USB 3.0 ports, 2 HDMI ports(which only the GPU port will work while installed), and monitor and speaker ports in the back. Their are 2 USB 3.0 ports, a speaker and headphone jack in the front by the power button. It is an Intel Core i5, 8gbs of memory, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 Super Graphics card, and 1TB hard drive. Everything you need for gaming and VR. There is also room for some upgrades like extra RAM and so on. I would recommend to anybody who don't want to build or pay to much for a gaming PC.

My son is a gamer and he loves it. Very powerful computer for the price. It comes with 8gb of memory so an upgrade to 16 gb is in order but it is working fine with the 8gb at the moment with his favourite game Dead by Daylight.

Arriving in the mail i was so excited, it came in only 3 days! I have to say at first looks the pc looked great. It also performs great, however it doesn't do well if you want to play modded minecraft. Every other game works perfectly fine running at minimum 70 fps which is fine for me.

This is my very first ever gaming PC. I purchased this computer to run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 knowing that this system does not have the optimum features to run MSFS at it's highest settings but I just wanted to break the ice without breaking the bank. I immediately upgraded to 16gb of ram and can confirm it does run MSFS2020 half decent at low-medium settings! Of course after some time though I've made the decision to upgrade to a more powerful system so I can enjoy MSFS at its fullest. That being said, this PC has ROCKED for every other game I've thrown at it! Elder Scrolls Online on ultra settings, Arma3, Cities: Skylines and American Truck Simulator run smooth as butter on my ultra wide 1440 monitor. So unless you're looking to run an extremely demanding Flight Simulator 2020 I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking to get started in PC gaming! Perfect for the casual gamer.

All of my photos and videos load instantly when I'm viewing them in a folder. Fortnite is beautiful. This computer is amazing for the price of $750 and the case has a glass cover and color changing lights with custom controls for patterns and colors. I would totally recommend this computer!

i purchased my bb981 computer from best buy and after I received it I noticed that the box said an accessory bag was included however mine did not have one.The first thing I noticed after getting the computer out of the box was that there was a bend in the magnetic dust cover as if someone bent it in half. It still works fine however it is noticeable. the inside of the computer had nothing to support it during shipping but luckily nothing was unplugged and as far as I know everything works fine. also the keyboard wasnt the one in the picture listed on this website when i bought it or when Im posting this review

I've had this for a couple days and so far so good. Powerful and fast. The only issue was on the first boot-it wouldn't. I called ibuypower's tech dept per the instructions and after sitting on hold for an hour I took the prompt to be called back and they haven't seen fit. Customers don't seem to mean a whole lot to ibuypower. Anyway, I opened the case, r&r'd the video card and ram which didn't fix it. I ended up swapping SATA plugs on the hard drive and SSD and viola! I would recommend the computer, but with a company that doesn't care about customer service I can't. I sent a follow up email yesterday and IF I get a response I'll update this.

Very easy to use installing Windows 10 Home was a breeze and was easy to transfer all my data from my laptop into my PC. Games run amazingly. I get over 100fps on ultra on almost every triple A game on the market right now and works even better with games like Valorant, Fortnite, and R6:S.

I’m new to the entire gaming pc set up so a lot of research was done before choosing this product. And so far I’m loving every second of using it. Pretty affordable especially for me to start out, run very smooth minus the fact it’s a little noisy but I consider it white nose.

This PC is amazing for the price and very good for beginners. The PC came with keyboard and mouse and noting was broken. I wish it had Bluebooth enabled with shipping but you have to purchase a bluebooth adapter with this pc. It runs good and overall I am pleased with my purchase.

This is my 1st gaming pc, and it's a definite upgrade from my toaster of a laptop. Set-up was really quick and easy. I enjoy the lights, and it runs quietly. However, slightly disappointed in the packaging. There was supposed to be a protective foam in the case, but mine didn't have any.

The product is really good and it's so smooth. In Fortnite I get atleast 122fps in all epic with full-screen mode with putting one up from 720p. I get 91 Fps in full windows mode..

PC arrived several days earlier than expected. Install went without a hitch and he was playing on it in less than 30 minutes! PC is running as expected. Wicked fast, games are running smoothly and the included keyboard and mouse are great. Would buy another in the future.

First time buying a gaming pc and I don't regret it. I can play the games I like with great fps.
