Great Value. WiFi card could not get a signal, got an extender and it works fine.

First 6 months it worked really well. Then started having problems. Fan started going really fast and then going really slow. Took it to Best buy to be repaired. Next the fan got really loud. Took to best buy to be repaired again. Then at one point the computer would not turn on at all took it back to Best Buy to be repaired again. I am still having issues with being able turn on again so the computer will be taken back to Best Buy yet again for repair. Have had a lot of issues with this computer. DO NOT RECOMEND this computer unless you want a lot of headaches. DO NOT BUY! For the price paid for the computer expected better.

Good computer. Good quality for the price. Would recommend it for its price range.

Great PC. But if you plan on gameing be sure to buy an upgraded memory cards

Decent computer for entry level gamers fast start up

I got it when it was on sale ($699). I thought it was a pretty good deal, but... LEDs didn't work for the first computer. I checked the RGB control software but it still didn't work. But I exchanged to the same model thinking it was a pretty good deal. Second one didn't boot up. Power came in but nothing showed up on the monitor and the hard drive didn't seem to be working at all. I checked for any loose cables or parts inside the computer, but it still didn't work. Monitor was connected to the correct port (the hdmi port on the video card) so it was not the monitor or cable issue. In both computers, there's no Styrofoam block inside the desktop. Waiting to receive it (because UPS doesn't leave the package without signature), testing and checking computers, repacking everything, and returning to the store, and doing all these TWO TIMES was such a waste of time. I will never buy a thing from this company again.

We bought this "gaming" pc for our son as a Christmas gift. After many service calls, geek squad drop offs and more, we eventually just tossed it in a closet and havent touched it since. It was horrible for locking up or giving the "blue screen of death" anytime he attempted to play any online games. Every time we had it checked or made a service call, we were told the CPU was fine and performing "as intended/expected". Which I have came to the conclusion means they intended to sell complete garbage. Stick to well known companies and brands such as Dell, HP or others. I loved Toshiba laptops for many many years and wish they still made those and wish Toshiba had made desktops.

This computer worked fine for the first 60 days. Then the video card went bad. The company is now telling me it will take a month to get a new video card. I can’t fathom why a COMPUTER COMPANY can’t find a video card. And on top of that they made me pay $250 for the new card which will be refunded after I mail my defective one back. They are unhelpful and do not care about taking care of people. My recommendation is to buy a different brand. If you ever need anything from the manufacturer this company will not take care of you.

This is my first prebuilt computer and let me start off with it was Super easy to setup!! The updates didn't take long at all like ive read on some computers. All the Lights sync well and can I recommend using razer synapse!! if you have other rgb lights like the hue lights it syncs the computers lights as well as the other ones together. The only thing you'll need for this computer is to update the memory other then that its good to go. The graphics card is a good start as well has handled any game i've thrown at it with no hiccup!

The unit powered on and didn't boot whatsoever. Either I got a faulty PSU or motherboard. Very very disappointed and won't be buying this brand again.

Purchased what I thought was to be a great system for the money. Opened the box. Hooked up the mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. Turned on the power button --- NOTHING except the neat led lights flashing. Looked for loose wiring etc. Took back to Best Buy within 1.5 hours. Returned. Not willing to give it another shot. Best Buy very courteous -- noticed when I left that a few of what I presume was the Geek Squad looking it over. It was as if there was no operating system loaded. No errors just a blank monitor.

This is a replacement for an older model computer. My son uses this for playing games like Fortnite. The old computer there was a lot of lagging. He is amazed with this computer; so far no lagging. The speed is great. Keyboard and mouse are very comfortable to work with. This is a great buy at a low price. The only complaint is there is no disc drive, but you can always purchase a cheap disc drive.

At first whenever I launched any games it would turn off then shortly after it would turn off as soon as log in. I just bought it today. They sold it to me broken.

Purchased these in 2019. It was a very good computer. We bought 3 and with minimal upgrades they have lasted a good time. However my desktop has crashed and died and it is time to replace. The other two we have are still working very nicely so i doubt fault lies with anyone besides me.

I was in the market for a mid-range pc with superior speed and great graphics, and I found it with this model. I had never heard of this brand but upon doing some research and speaking to the staff in store I felt confident in my purchase. Once I got it home and started playing around I was even more pleased. We do what I like to call light gaming in our house and it handles everything with ease. I’d suggest it for anyone looking for something better than entry level but less than break the bank levels!

The PC just stopped working out of nowhere and don't know how to get it exchanged with the warranty I have

Its started to have problems after 25 days in use. Very poor quality and short return/ exchange policy.

This is a very good starting pc. This is my first gaming computer and I absolutely love it. I can run Fortnite on max settings and get 120 fps. I think the price point is very good for this computer. I haven't really got the chance to run more extreme graphic games but it could easily run at 90fps. Overall a really good gaming pc.
