So far it can run all my games and I have had no problems, absolutely love running Fortnite and GTA 5 on it!

My kids play Spore on this computer, which it runs with no difficulty. The fan is annoyingly loud though. You can generally hear it from the other side of the living room. The noise detracts from the gaming experience and even just the atmosphere in our living room.

Outside of box says "manual & cd". Not included. Ibuypower says call ASRock, the motherboard maker. They say there are no drivers for the B360M IB-R1 board as it is not a RETAIL board. That I should use the drivers for the B360M ITX-OC, then hung up on me. When I compare those drivers to what was on the computer they were not a match. When I called ASRock back, I asked for a supervisor. He told me they DO NOT SERVICE THAT BOARD, and to talk to Ibuypower! Called Ibuypower and they said talk to Best Buy! Best Buy wanted a 25% restocking fee. When I told them I threw out the box, they said FORGET IT!!!

Owned the desktop for about 2 hours. I spent an hour and a half trying to get something to display on my monitor. Called tech support and they told me the motherboard is probably malfunctioning. Immediately returned. Turned out to be a $900 light box.

This PC seems poorly assembled and low quality parts. On the front of the machine, the headphone jack or the microphone input work. Finally found a headset that works using USB, but not for everything. The software that works the LED lights is straight from the 80’s and is confusing and doesn’t really do much. This machine is extremely frustrating. I feel like I am playing with my first Packard Bell desktop from the 90’s. Except everything worked on the Packard Bell.

After my 3rd return, I gave up. The same thing happened. Excitedly hooked it up, hit the power and "BAM" lights, but wouldn't talk to the monitor "What a snob" sent it in to Geek Squad, got the call, its dead, so sorry. I gave it one star only because It would let me send if I didn't.

Bought this for Christmas. Open box wasn’t even stickers or foam inside of the case. Instantly thought maybe a return. Turn it on runs fine download game launch it and crashes I got a faulty gpu. I will never buy from best buy nor will I ever buy from I buy power again!
