I would give the PC it's self a 4 and 1/2 star rating. Only taking off the half star because (like others) my smart LED lighting is stuck on red out of the box. The remote does nothing. So, I contacted iBuyPower for a quick fix. Should have been a one and done email to get the issue solved. They made me respond with my zip code and then asked me to fill out an e-form (that refused to recognize my serial number) It looks like I will simply never get my replacement remote or goos customer service. I am so put off by the whole thing that I am considering returning the computer to best buy just because iBuyPower is so hard to deal with. I would hate to have a real problem and be forced to try and deal with them. So at the end of the day. With a great PC but terrible service. I am only giving 2 stars.

I bought POWER!

It's a machine! This thing was well packaged and it was the easiest new PC setup I've been through. Booted super fast, had PUBG running on Steam within 20 minutes of turning it on. Running games on full tilt ultra is new for me, it's incredible! I haven't run a framerate yet, but it's silky. With the GTX 1080, liquid-cooled i-7 8770k, and SSD, this system will have me set for a long time.
For years I thought building your own PC was the only way to go. This rig now offered at Best Buy is incredible and what I was already looking to purchase. With the ability to use my Best Buy card for interest free financing for a year, you can't argue that.

Bought this to replace a 2yr old cyberpowerpc after the hard drive crapped out. I was looking for a basic rig with at least a GTX1080, closed loop cooling and a SSD. Only downside IMO is the lack of a disc drive. Though it still does come with the Windows 10 restore disc and GPU software discs. Just be sure you have a portable disc drive and you’re all set. No big deal. Other than that, very pleased with the performance and the QUIETNESS while online gaming on max settings for hours and never have a temp spike or having to listen to a jet engine sounding fan cooling system. Very happy with the rig.

The storage should’ve been doubled honestly. Other than that, if you’re looking for a quick setup this will do.

Great Gaming System

Amazing desktop for a great price. I was surprised to find all brand-name parts used in this system. ASUS 1080 Turbo, Corsair H60, WD SSD, ASRock MB, ADATA RAM.
The RGB strips are located at the top of the window of the case, and one that is underneath the case. They are actually quite bright, and the remote that comes with it is magnetic so it attaches right to the case so it will not get lost (no other way to control the lights without the remote).
I played World of Warcraft, and I can get (with V-Sync) my desired 75 FPS using the custom Geforce Experience settings and the game looks beautiful. I tested these framerates in Dal, and in a raid, only dropped 1-3 FPS at most. I loaded Diablo 3 up and was able to 100% max it out with a rock-solid 75FPS (again, v-sync). Overwatch ran perfectly also, I only got a chance to try out the practice range so far, but there was no stutter, or FPS drops on Ultra. Borderlands 2 runs perfectly with full PhysX on. I'm not really interested in any new titles at the moment, but there are plenty of gamers that still play these games to appreciate these results.
The system got VERY hot the first time I used it in-game, but it was my fault as I forgot that I had 2 other games running in the background while trying to raid in WoW. Otherwise, with just Spotify, Chrome, and my work application (remote desktops) it runs at a cool 30*C thanks to the AIO Corsair liquid cooling. The video card I got was a blower-style, meaning there is 1 fan (several blades) that channels air directly out the back of the case. I don't personally feel this is best for gaming, but it has not given me any reason to doubt it yet.
I added 3x Thermaltake Riing fans to the case as there is a lot of unused space in it, and there are plenty of mounting points for them. I may add a couple more in the future, but for now it is good.
Overall, this system is incredible. I could not have sourced, and built a similar system for anywhere near this price, especially with the current prices of memory, and GPUs.

The computer has been working to expectations. However there is zero support. I ordered a M.2 drive and found that the standoff and screw was missing. I see a tiny bolt and a small screw hole but no standoff or screw was suppled to fix the bolt.

I was initially impressed with this computer. It's extremely quiet and looks nice. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to test its "power." I owned it for five days, but only used it for three of those for a total of about ten hours and then it suddenly wouldn't boot. After troubleshooting with iBuyPower's tech support, they determined it was a graphics card issue. To put this into perspective, the computer it replaced was one I built nine years ago and it never gave me a problem. This one died after about ten hours of light use.

I purchased this product with the expectation of having a good 1080. instead i recieved the msi aero 1080, which is basically way too hot for the garbage case that is included. There is ONE FAN. On a 1800 dollar pre built there is one fan. My mind is blown, my gpu is constantly hitting high 80s Celsius and Now i have to purchase and install CASE FANS because this computer came with ZERO. The case is garbage also, you can not remove the shroud ! I am severely disappointed.
